I’ve gone to Eagan Eye clinic and seen Dr. Stout for over 15 years. I’ve always had a good experience and been taken care of until now. I have my annual eye appointment scheduled for December 6 2023. Today is November 15th 2023. I’m on my last pair of contacts and called to obtain one of their trial pair to get my out a few more weeks so I can make it to my appointment (I wear two week lenses). Also to note, both my wife and I have done this multiple times because once we’re running out of contacts, we call to set our appointment for our eye exam, but sometimes they can’t fit us in their schedule in time before our last pair of contacts expires. Once again, I called in requesting a single pair and they said they couldn’t make that happen this time. Unbelievable they can’t accommodate a simple request. A request they have done multiple times in the past with no hesitation. I will be cancelling both my wife’s and my account with Eagan eye clinic………Edit: It’s been 5 days now since I emailed them (per their reply to this review) and provided my contact info. I have not been contacted yet).

Dr Karen Jonson is an amazing Optometrist! She was very thorough, attentive, and helpful with eye care and health. I appreciate her expertise knowledge and the state of art technology used to assess my vision. She is the best eye doctor I ever had!

So happy I found this shop in downtown Alpharetta. Nice selection of interesting frames and a very friendly, low-pressure, experienced staff. I love my new glasses! Very happy to support a small local business.

the worst eye care center I have ever met. Not only are the receptionists extremely rude but they have no idea what they're talking about. Doctor's diagnosis is full of contradictions, one second she says hard contacts have no problem and …

I have 3 daughters who wear glasses. This place is the very best place to go. Everytime we go in for something the employees are sooooooooo super nice. They were so helpful in helping my girls pick out glasses. They fix glasses for free if they are fixable. Which is absolutely amazing because one of my daughter's broke her glasses and I was so stressed they were beyond repair and we would have to buy new ones. We walked in the same day they were broke and the amazing lady was pretty skeptical about fixing them because they looked beyond repair, but she was able to fix them within 5 minutes. I will never go to another place for glasses, because this place is ABSOLUTELY the best! Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the amazing employees that work there :)

My experience at that store was excellent and that is why I gave them a 5 star. The staff was very professional and their customer service was great. They made sure the my glasses fit and I was not in any discomfort. Thank you so much for helping me see the world.

Dr Rankin was unavailable for my appointment. I was asked if Dr Bellamy would be alright to take care of me. He did a great job. Very thorough exam in a timely manner. Dr Bellamy is a very good addition to the Norman Vision family.

Love nationwide vision and all the staff my family has been going here for years they have helped me raise my kids in the “eyes” of optometry. I’ll never go anywhere as long as I can control it

The prices are good but someone changed my appointment to a earlier time. Then canceled my appointment cause I didn't show up. I called them and they said we don't take appointment at 5:30. I wouldn't make an appointment at 4:30, I'm still working. I have text and email stating 5:35. That is so unprofessional and they didn't care. I've been waiting for that appointment. I don't think I'll return to that one. That's not the way you should run a business.

worst doctor ever. he smells bad and has a bad attitude. the staff is rude as well, because he treat them as $hit as well. i did an eye exam and i was gonna quite half way because of his rudeness. he was rude to other patients as well. i asked for a sample contacts just so i can find the one i'm comfortable with before you buy them, they refuse and said we charge $15 for samples, the whole pack is like 20 with 5 contacts in them !! why do you charge for samples that you got for free from the company which is part of their promotion for their products?!! you are not suppose to resell them! avoid at all cost.

Always scheduled an appointment but always waiting for more than hour just to be seen.
