It was very well structured: I arrived a little early and jumped right into doing some of the basic exams. A few minutes later, I was called by the optometrist where she went over the tests and explained to me, in great details, my current situation, and how it will unfold in the next few years (after 40, things do get worse... part of life, I guess). She answered all my questions, and I felt that there was no "rush" do get everything done within a given timeslot. I really liked it.

Previously, I had mistakenly wrote a bad experience comment, which was in error. Dr. Nath and her office staff are excellent and I would recommend the practice to anyone.

Went in for an eye exam for the purpose to see if I could get lasik surgery. I was told the refractive test is an extra $55. Then when I get done they want $274 up front for the “new patient exam” and that I would be reimbursed “only” if insurance covers it. You mean to tell me you charge your patients full price for services and THEN submit to insurance...so shady. I was not told any of this before hand, this was totally ridiculous and would have never went if I had known.

Office staff and Dr. Pinard are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Dr. Pinard took the time to listen to everything go over everything answered all questions made suggestions very personable. I felt I was very well taken care of.

Great eye doctor, very patient focused. We have Blue Cross Blue Shield, and they worked with us to ensure our insurance would be accepted, letting us know our out of pocket costs before doing anything. Great experience with Doctor Tjandra. Highly recommend!

This is the best place to go for an eye exam if you don't have insurance. Their prices are really reasonable and I can actually afford to go yearly like I'm supposed to. Dr Wu was great and efficient one of the best eye doctors I've been to.

I was helped by Genesis, who was super knowledgeable and patient. I only needed to have my lenses added to a new frame, and they picked two pairs of perfectly-matching frames with the lowest price possible. They were also very kind and easy-to-talk-to. I had a satisfying experience at the store.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Bishoy Said today. I didn’t even have an appointment, but they were able to fit me in at 2:00 when I was really worried about my eyes. Everyone at the office was polite and kind, and Dr. Said made me feel completely at ease—like I had known him for years. He shook my hand, explained everything in a way I could understand, and was incredibly patient and thorough. He reminded me (nicely!) that I should’ve come in sooner, but thankfully everything looks healthy. I left feeling relieved and really well cared for. I’ll definitely be back in two months like he suggested… and next time, I won’t wait so long!

I came here to see if I could get a better deal on replacing the lenses in an old pair of frames than at my doctor's office and boy was that a good move! Customer service was also very high quality. Erin walked us through the cost and lens materials in a very effective manner and her help is very appreciated!

My husband Richard went to Doctor Gurerro because his vision had drastically changed. He was aware that he had cataracts, and would eventually need surgery. Instead of putting the surgery off he had the cataract surgery by Dr. Guerrero. Prior to his surgery he was not told that he had astigmatism that could be removed. He had the surgery performed in both eyes, and unfortunately his vision has not only improved, but is worse than it was prior to the surgery. He will have to wear glasses, and this is definitely not what was expected or was he told would be the case.
