I very rarely give a business 5 stars but this business definitely deserves it. They have exceptional customer service and I learned a lot in just one hour. They also have a wide selection of designer frames. I was impressed by the care I received from the doctor, he was so knowledgeable and easy going, he made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend this office to my friends and family!

My husband and I recently had our first appointment at Third Street Eyecare. The staff is amazing and went above and beyond with their customer care! We brought our toddler and baby with us to the appointment and the staff was extremely patient, quick, and thorough with our exams. They made our experience stress free and we appreciate the time they took to show care to our kiddos as well!

Dr Braeme has been my doctor for a decade. She's very professional. She explained about how different procedures would be billed before performing the procedures. My vision in my right eye was super funky so she took extra time making sure my prescription was as good as it could be. I admit that my visits take time, but making sure my eyes are healthy is worth it. RECOMMEND

My son and I have been going to this place for a few good years and I’ve recently taken my parents also. Jasmine has been attending to our needs each time and the service is always excellent. The entire staff is excellent and has the best customer service and interaction with people. I have gone other places and most times, your are treated differently depending on your insurance but no matter what insurance you have, this place treats you like a human being. 100% recommended!

Have been going to Dr. Vincent Dagron for a few years now and have always had a pleasant experience. The staff are very patient and helpful, even when you are taking an hour to choose a new pair of glasses (there is a large selection of styles and brands). I always feel comfortable and well-informed during my eye exams. Prior to my appointments I receive a few email and text reminders and professional phone calls to coordinate the best time to pick up frames or lenses. I would highly recommend to others.

They are great staff but I feel it's pretty pricey. I go online to buy my glasses due to that.

Horrible customer service! My daughter's appointment was scheduled for 5pm, I was there at 5pm but according to them I was "late" because I should be there by 4:45pm for the preparation and to see the provider at 5. Provider declined to see my daughter for the eye exam, even though when I arrived him and the team were chatting in the front desk, no other patients waiting, there were not busy other than talking. I have been a loyal patient to Nationwide vision until this happened. Their hours are until 6pm but they did not have enough time to see my daughter for her 5pm appointment, they do not care!

I was pleasantly surprised to have experienced an amazing eye doctor with Dr. Hughes. She made me very comfortable and relaxed and was very patient when examining my eyes. She went over my eye pictures and gave me options that I had never been given before with regards to contacts and readers. I have hopped around to other eye doctors and have always been disappointed and never happy with the exam and results. Thank you Dr. Hughes!
