All the eye exams were completed with professionalism. Dr. Patel was friendly and knowledgeable. I also need to make sure I schedule enough time for her appointments. This last appointment lasted 3 hours. I wasn't even seen until an hour past my scheduled appointment time.

Online booking process is seamless. Facilities are modern and centrally located. Unfortunately the reception staff are unhelpful and unfriendly and the practice takes on more appointments than they can handle. On Friday I waited 45 mins after my scheduled appointment before I gave up and asked to re-schedule for Monday (as I had paid for the exam in advance). Today I showed up and was told there was no record of me being there Friday and was wasked to fill in the patient details again, and to pay. I naturally asked them to look in their system and trace my journal and payment. After another 15 mins without a word from the reception I gave up and left. I’m sure they will pocket the pre-payment and probably invoice my insurance company too, although I was never allowed to see the optician I scheduled, twice. Maybe the opticians are good, I will never know, but their customer service staff and patient systems are not up to standard. Be aware.

Taylor was so patient with my son during his contact lens teaching appt. He was so encouraging and really took his time to give many tips and tricks for success.

Everytime I come here with my kids they are always contempt and busy playing with the toys, I love all of the workers and the way they carry their business with love and no judgement.

Wow. Walked in because I saw they had Jacques Marie Mage which I am a super-fan of. I worked with Zach and he was absolutely incredible. He had knowledge about the brands he carried, and chose beautiful frames for me. I am blown away by the customer service. I am referring everyone in the market to Zach at Optical Connection.

Still not satisfied with my vision with correction. Maybe this is the best that can be done. But after having such trouble driving last night with the new prescription, I was given I have very little faith. It was just plain dangerous driving with a 3.5 lens in my right eye. Things are quite blurry. I could not read the signs upcoming on the freeway driving on highway five from Southern California. I had to stop the car and change back to my 4.25 that I’m used to. I had been given some 4.0 to try and those did seem to work but I had run out before I was able to test them at high-speed at night when it is most critical that I have excellent vision. I do a lot of driving between northern and southern California and can do minor corrections with over-the-counter readers. I will experiment with the new lenses I was given and see what happens. Astigmatism was mentioned, but nothing was done about it. I have always had great faith in LensCrafters in the past.

Dr. Bonakdar is one of the most intelligent, caring and vigilant doctors I have ever been to. He was able to diagnose my issues at the first visit and has continuously showed genuine effort to resolved my issues. I appreciate him and Alejandra. She knows how to run an efficient office. Thank you both for everything!

Dr Hanson is amazing! She is one of the most patient doctors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Her knowledge of the human eye and her ability to help those with low vision is unmatched by anyone we have ever been to. 5 stars isn't enough!
