I had interactions with 3 employees, Tasha who set me up in my room and initial assessment, then Dr. kelly for the eye exam, and Isabel to help me pick out frames. Incredible experience, super knowledgeable Staff and incredibly friendly and patient. Out of 15 years of going to eye doctors this is hands down the best experience I've had. On top of it all, their prices are phenomenal and many discounts offered. I'll definitely be using them for as long as I'm in Colorado. A++++!

The secretary is rude and dismissive, I was going to be a new patient, but decided if this was how I’m going to be treated my first visit with them then I’m better off somewhere else.

My visit to LensCrafters Hunt Valley Town Center was a refreshing surprise. Everyone there was very friendly, professional, and sincere. The eye exam was comprehensive and state of the art. Dr. Michael Andreaggi was thorough and informative without me feeling rushed. In all my experiences with eye care this was by far the best. A pat on the back for all for a job well done.

Cassandra at the front desk was absolutely delightful. She was informative, friendly and super considerate. And she said everything with a smile. You could tell she liked her job and wasn’t just there for a paycheck. The doctor (I think his name was Dr. Nome) that saw me was very personable and considerate. Did an excellent job in explaining everything to me and what the procedures and my options were. I would recommend them.

Excellent service from the moment you walk in. I was left feeling 100% with trust in their assurance of regaining my vision from my right eye. I am excited and anxious to get my surgery done so that I can restore my sight. Dr. Smith is friendly and approachable and gives you the comfort of knowing that everything is going to be all right.

We have been going to Dr. Kosek's practice for at least 10 years and have always been 110% satisfied. Everyone in the office is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Dr. Walsh is wonderful with our kids and we love her too. Highly recommend!

Late review but better late than never… our visit a month ago for my daughter was great, fast and very friendly oriented. My daughter was feeling sad because her type of lenses offered black or brown metal. She would have loved pink frames… lol… nevertheless, I definitely recommend this location and will be returning for myself. Thank you!!

Great customer service! My husband and I were greeted with smiles and friendly faces as soon as we walked in the door! Dr. Tran was knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly and patiently. Wonderful experience and we will back next year for our yearly eye exam!

Michael goes above and beyond to provide the best products and services. I have been getting my glasses here for over 25 years, except for getting them at my optometrist's office once and I returned to Shouse for a better experience.
