I have been going here for 3 years. Since the first visit, I knew I didn't want to go anywhere else. When you walk in it's so comfy. It helps ease anyone who may get anxious when going to the doctor. The staff is incredibly friendly and so helpful. The doctors are so awesome. The explain everything and show great concern at the same time not consuming a lot of your time. I would recommend them to anyone.

Rudest Dr I ever met.

I showed up without an appointment and with a prescription. The people did a great job and were thorough and very pleasant. They were also extremely nice to my children which goes a long way. Honestly the prices on their frames and lenses seemed kind of expensive to me Which left me a Higher copay than I had expected but in all they offered me a lot of options and did a great job

Very nice staff and wait time was minimal. I think my contacts are a little strong but will persevere for a few days. I was informed of I was uncomfortable they would adjust my prescription and would for a few months of necessary. Over great place and people. I will be recommending them to all my friends. Great business! My family has been going here for over a decade now. The service is excellent from the front desk to the optical sales. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have always appreciated the help in picking the right frames.

Eye exam was great and people are friendly and polite. My issue is I have been waiting 6 weeks on my glasses. When it was suppose to be 2 weeks. First time they had to remake them due to scratch on lens. Second time they cut lenses to small for the frames. Now they arrived but frame is cracked. Now waiting a fourth time, six weeks and still waiting on my glasses is not acceptable.

I brought my grandpa here to get his eyes measured. Our visit there was very straightforward. The receptionist took my grandpa's information and found all the necessary documents on their system previously provided by their Glendale office. They were quick and lovely to work with. We only waited 15 mins. The interior decor and waiting area was very outdated. Also the equipment they were using (although fully functional) also seemed outdated as well. The optometrist was quick and was done in less than 10 mins. Overall we had a good experience.

Great experience here! Everyone was very friendly and did well with me having my toddler with me. Dr. Shields was awesome. Would recommend!

Just an awesome experience. Charles is a doctor with great character, integrity, and is always excited about seeing his patients. I can't say enough about his staff. His staff works hard to do make everything right for their patients.

I recently switched from a very large clinic to Dr. Clough, and I’m very pleased with the whole experience. The staff is professional and Dr. Clough was Awesome!

I've been seeing Dr. Wong for many years now (maybe 10?), and I've always found him to be efficient, thorough, helpful and funny. Also, he always manages to fit me in, even without an appointment, which I appreciate. He really cares about his patients, and it shows.
