I have bought glasses here for both me and my mother, and my mother also had a very thorough eye exam. The customer service is great! Agnes is so helpful, and they have reconstructed my mother's glasses more than once after the dog got them. The attention they give their customers will keep us coming back!

They have been my family eye specialist for over 30 years. No complaints.

I just had the best experience with Fran! She is amazing at helping you find the frames for your face. She's always pleasant, and SO knowledgeable 10/10 highly recommend her. But to be fair, I've also followed her around the valley because of how great she is.

Dr. Kha checked both my children’s eyes carefully in order to make sure that all measurement were correct. She explain thoroughly all of my questions and concerns about my kid eye problems. I am grateful for her care, knowledgeable, patience and cautiousness toward children eyesight. She worked on Tuesday only and she often fully booked.

I went to look for children's glasses specifically searching for glasses with a nose bridge for an Asian fit for my 9 year old. There were several styles to choose from in multiple colors. My daughter and I selected the frame ourselves and went to check out and it was smooth sailing. Steve was very helpful in figuring out our vision insurance (was so happy that they accepted this) and I was out in less than 15-20 minutes (we already had a prescription for her, so no need for an exam). We expect to get a call in about 10 days since it's going through insurance, but that is pretty standard. I was impressed by Steve's customer service. It is refreshing to have someone pleasant and efficient nowadays so even though I don't reside in Flushing, I'll be back.

I went to Ophthalmic Consultants of Connecticut in both Meriden & East Haven since 2015 it was 2 years of glasses that didn't work. Then oh you need cataract surgery, then get the surgery and still can't see, and oh yea you have scar tissue and we need to hit it with a laser. So I get the laser done and I still can't see, so I get glasses and I couldn't even walk wearing the glasses, so I go back and yet another prescription for glasses with them saying my prescription had changed, and I may need to have a droopy eyelid fixed to be able to see correctly. Funny thing is I've had this droopy eyelid all my life and I had 20/20 vision with it so... The beauty of this whole ordeal is every year when I went back there was yet another new doctor and the one I had been going to had left the practice so there was no accountability and the new doctor was going to take care of everything... I was done not being able to see, and I found another eye doctor and after 1 exam and 1 set of glasses I could see again for the first time in 8 years...

I actually enjoyed my eye appointment here and felt like I left more educated than I ever have coming from the eye doctor. Dr. Dryer was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She spent exactly the right amount of time with me, and made sure any questions I had were addressed. The front desk staff was also very friendly and just lovely to work with. I will be recommending this office to my family and friends (I already have in fact). Best optometry experience you can ask for and the office and shop are so cute!!

I’m not a fan on leaving negative reviews. However, after my experience tonight and seeing previous reviews on this place it looks like there’s a trend here. I wish people paid close attention to customer service these days since it’s the customers that are the driving force of a business. Treat customers well and deliver an exceptional customer experience you will be well compensated. Leah was extremely rude tonight. I can understand that no one likes working outside of their designated hours, but no customer should ever hear “I was supposed to clock out 10 minutes ago”. After asking if I can try on glasses. Do better, be better, treat people how you want to be treated. Simple

made my child blind, put him in NICU closet at Yale, and then said he went to Colombia in NYC (so many issues) - she needs to stay far away from kids or anyone!!

I'm no longer a fan of this place, especially after what happened today (September 20, 2023). Details: We have had to get our daughter's vision checked as a requirement for her school. Unfortunately, since June, all vision places seemed to have been booked solid. Especially the places closer to home. And this appointment needs to happen before October 15th. We finally decide on getting an appointment scheduled at Bartlett Vision for September 20th (today!) as we figured it would still allow us to meet the deadline for school. Which means, we thought we had this set! All of a sudden, we get a call today saying that they need to cancel the appointment as something came up and the doctor can't make it. And unfortunately, they can only reschedule us for October 27th. Which is way past the deadline we need to meet. I mean they didn't even offer us the opportunity to meet with anyone else for today. So being that we made this appointment months ago and everyone was booked up then, we then find out last minute they we now need to reschedule a new appointment which who knows if we will be able to do before this deadline. We understand that things come up, but this has now put us in a scrambling situation that we didn't cause. And instead of them trying to help us figure something out to meet this deadline, especially since they cancelled the appointment, they basically told us "sorry" and hung up the phone. I do not recommend this facility as that was completely unprofessional how they handled this. I do not wish this upon anyone else, because I am sure you would be just as frustrated. Especially with the lack of compassion from their end. And with the lack of help from them, we will have to find another facility to take my daughter too. Will probably never come back here based off how unprofessional they acted in this situation. I mean 0 compassion as if WE were the ones who cancelled the appointment last minute. And based of how it went down today, would probably happen again if I didn't say anything about it.

I always have a great experience at this facility. Staff is awesome and are very helpful. My entire family has been going there for years. I highly recommend!
