Dr Philippe has been SO WONDERFUL. I have been seeing him since I moved to CR in 2004. He has been one of the nicest people I have ever encountered. Not only is he extremely nice, but he is a fantastic Optometrist. Absolutely wonderful!

Dr. De La Fuente and his staff are friendly, responsive & helpful with answering questions, and thorough with a range of tests that can be run for annual exams. I always feel as if he and his staff are there to help ensure my eyes’ health and to provide me answers for my questions about eye wear options, cost, coverage, etc. Update: Dr. De La Fuente helped repair a couple pair of old backup glasses, and he provided good advice for tweaking bifocals for my work safety glasses for up close work.

The staff are the most wonderful people here. Everyone is so kind and caring, both of my surgeries were done here, would recommend to anyone considering having surgery to come here

I haven’t had an eye exam since I moved back from the east coast. I would get eye exams done from Costco. I didn’t realize what a huge difference in quality, time, and care it was from corporate eye exams. After getting my first eye exam in 5 years, I’m glad I came in. From the very beginning to the end… the experience was smooth and the staff was very professional and patient. The eye exam was extremely thorough. The doctor has all the modern technology to provide excellent care. She answered all my questions and gave me great recommendations for my dry eyes. Highly recommend this place for your next eye check-up!

I had to reschedule 3 times for a recheck (my own fault). By the time I got in, I was past the time limit for rechecks. My prescription has changed, but the doctor replaced my lens at no cost. That is great customer service!

So I had a foreign body in my eye, went to the urgent care and was told to go to the ER. I looked around and called several ophthalmologists (which wouldn’t see me or were closed for the day 2:15pm on a Wednesday) before I found Dr. Wu so I called her office, turns out she was closed today as well, but was at work catching up on items. I explained my dilemma and she immediately told me to come down to her office. She removed the foreign body, spent 2+ hours making sure everything was good in my eye! In today’s world, to have that level of caring and attention was truly amazing. I highly recommend her for your eye needs. Amazing again, thank you Dr. Wu!

Exceptional staff and service. Most thorough eye exam I've ever received. Really felt comfortable and relaxed. I'm on my second pair of glasses and have loved them both. Definitely recommend this establishment.

We were late because the referral had the wrong address, they said because I was a new patient I needed another appointment. I got a confirmation for the appointment. They canceled it saying it was not for new patients!!! Now they expect me to wait more weeks! The office manager would not return my calls for an explanation! The phone system is the worse, do not use this office if you expect reliability and compliance.

I have never had an eye exam so complete. The best eye Dr I have ever had and I am 62 years old. He take extra time to explain everything regarding your eyes, treatment, prevention,etc.

The team were great, from check in to check out. Judy was wonderful with preparing me for the exam. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Casden. Suffice it to say that he was thorough in his examination and post-exam explanation. He is terrific.
