Office staff very nice, friendly and professional. I saw Dr Smit, I connected with him immediately. Have to say I've never had such a thorough exam in my experiences. I'm 62 and have bilateral cataracts Dr Smit put my mind at ease and answered all my questions. Highly recommend this practice. I'll never go anywhere else.

Dr Chin is one of the best doc here. We used Vision for the past 12years. Tho the Pleasanton is open full day only on certain days of the week but it’s worth the wait for the fair price, professional , great service

I had a great experience. This was my first time having my eyes tested. Receptionist was very efficient and helpful in getting me checked in. She took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure that I understood the next steps. Dr. Mikailian was incredibly thorough in his examination and made my experience a comfortable and pleasant one. He spent extra time explaining my results and making sure that I understood everything. I would highly recommend Dr. Mikailian to anyone looking for an excellent eye exam. Thank you again for making my first eye exam a positive and informative experience.

Most thorough annual eye exam I have ever had. I have seen Dr Hines and Dr Savage and would highly recommend them to anyone. They go above and beyond to help with contact fittings and take the time to explain what or if anything is going on with your eyes. They also have an amazing staff from check in to check out. I cannot say enough about Dr.Gilliam and his team! I have been going to this office over 10 years and they are awesome. I continue to have one great experience after another. From the check in, to the work up (Suzette is a gem💎) and then time with Dr. Gilliam. He takes his time and I have never felt rushed. Toby was very helpful and answered my questions and even helped me find frames that were not in the office. You cannot go wrong with this treasure of an office!!!

Although the LASIK surgery went well, I was disappointed that I was never sceduled for a one-year follow up, which I had been told before the surgery was part of my contract. When I called to point this out 13 mos after surgery I was told it would be $75 for the exam, and that price was apparently discounted for me since I had already paid $4,000 for the procedure. Despite multiple phone calls on this issue, they declined to offer me what was promised in my contract. Although I am satisfied with my results, and they took my vision insurance (which was hard to come by), I feel I could have received the same results and been shown a little more care and compassion in the process.
