Thank you for your response. You're right, I should say more than leaving a one-star review. My partner and I came for our general eye exams in October 2024. Scheduling the appointment was easy- that was really the only thing that went well. Now let me list the things that did not go well. During the visit - the front desk staff jokes about not having to wipe down equipment between me and my partners. Not professional. During that visit and multiple other visits, I witnessed HIPAA violations. (Other) Patient health information, full names etc. were being shared without consideration of who was present at the desk. During my exam the doctor diagnosed me with something that (after 2 other opinions) does not exist. I actually went back for further tests that costed money out of pocket. Makes me wonder if this scare tactic is used to bring in business. My prescription was incorrect. I did not order glasses from here. And when I brought it back as an incorrect prescription it was somehow the fault of where I got my glasses made. They did try to get me a new prescription, which was still wrong. After going to another optometrist - I got my correct prescription. Dr. Chandler was not just slightly off. But very off twice. I am not sure how this place has such a high rating. Maybe the people that have bad experiences want nothing to do with them ever again- that is how I felt. That is why it's taken me this long to write this review. This place is run like a shady business. Go some place else, there are other optometrists that do a much better job.

VERY professional, friendly and helpful! We needed a repair for a popped out lens and even though it was at closing time, the staff welcomed us in and serviced my partner's glasses right away! The store is welcoming with a great selection of quality eyewear. I even found some I want for my next pair! Thank You!

Amazing staff! Friendly, helpful, and efficient. We have been going to Frazier Vision for years and always receive the same great service. Today we had an appointment to pick out glasses for my son, and we were in and out In under 20mins! He picked out frames, we got to go wait in the car while they put the prescription lenses in the frames (5-10mins) and they nicely brought out the frames with lenses! Highly recommend!

Nice office, staff is wonderful and Dr. R is great. She is so sweet and did a fantastic job on my cataract. I’m so glad she is doing my 2nd next month. The first one I have not had any issues. I had no problems. I give Dr R an A+++

I’ve been going to Dr. Iddins and Dr. Coriell for over 10 years. Both are extremely efficient, intelligent and kind. Dr. Iddins caught a rather rare eye problem and probably saved me my eyesight during an emergency. They’ve grown with me and my family and provide care for my kids as well. The office staff is always willing to go the extra mile for anything I need. I appreciate their consistency and will always make the drive to see them.
