I needed an eye exam and selected this doc since it is close to home. Yet when he does the exam, he acted as if he just wanted to get done with the routine, without being thorough, let alone caring about the patient's eye health. I am not sure if he wants to be a doc any more.

I have been seeing Dr Phillips for years and have been more than pleased with the service I have received and her medical guidance. She is an outstanding doctor.

Dr was extremely rude and started getting loud impatient with my daughter. We walked out dissatisfied, never met such an unprofessional doctor.

Great eye doctor. The eye therapy and concussion therapy is great. Highly recommend you have them take care of your entire family!!! I have three kids, two needed eye therapy only Dr Martin caught it in my youngest (we had been to three different eye doctors before we finally figured out what was wrong).

I've been a patient of Dr Matthew Naunheim's, laryngologist, for almost 5 years. He is a wonderful physician. Very knowledgeable, great personality and is always on time. I feel very lucky to have such a great doctor and the care is Top notch! I would give him 10 stars if I could

Great eye clinic! About a month ago I had my first ever appointment for contacts, and the experience I had was great. The staff at the front desk is friendly, the MAs who took my vision tests were super helpful in answering my questions, and the doctor took his time explaining the situation with my eyes. After my initial appointment, they scheduled two follow-up appointments for me. The first was to teach me how to use and care for my contacts, and the second was a follow-up to see how my experience was going. All 3 appointments were good experiences, and I will definitely be returning to Alta View for my annual appointment next year.

The staff are so bad they and so slow I don’t recommend anyone to visit that eye center staff just wasting people time . Bad business I took my son there and they make me wait almost 2 hours to see the doctor Then I decide to leave and the doctor came to apologize and saw my son then I told them is your service always slow like that they say no . I said ok let me make an appointment for my self also and here we go again have to wait and no one talk to you just have a sit I told them I’m new patient give me the form to use the time instead to sit and wait 30 minutes then you give me the form no response it’s 2 different times they did the same not a good place to go too .

This is the best Opthalmologist practice we've ever gone to. We've got a large family; the 9 of us have seen all 3 doctors over the past 3 years. We have all only ever had excellent experiences from check in to buying glasses. (You can buy cheaper glasses elsewhere but it's a risk they won't get the prescription right if you have progressives or bifocals.)
