The staff including the doctor were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Also, Dawn in optical is awesome..she took her time when my son and I were trying to decide on glasses and she even repaired glasses that we had received elsewhere.

Dr Small does a great job. Very professional and answers all your questions. Glad I followed her to this office.

Dr Mindy is awesome, very thorough and knowledgeable about the eye. I trust her completely. Ive seen several eye doctors before her and stayed because she was the only one who caught what was wrong with eye.

THE BEST OPTICAL EYE DOCTOR I EVER BEEN TO!!!! The staff are respectful, friendly, and welcoming. It was my daughter's and I first visit and we was able to do a walk in. Of course you can set up an appointment however they have walk in days.The Dr did a thorough check up and I was happily satisfied when I left there. He was very patient and sweet. God bless him in every way. Even on my 3 year old he was able to do a check up. I recommend coming to this place to any and everyone you won't be disappointed.

1st visit: standard checkin procedures, very through optometrist-no issues. 2nd visit: showed up 5 min before SCHEDULED appt. quick check in, no paperwork (great!) and told to sit. 16 minutes pass & no mention of "hey were running late..." "apologies..." etc. In the meantime presumed previous pt was in 1st stage of visit for first 5 min of sitting, then walked into exam room for remainder of my time sitting. Meanwhile one of the check-in personnel leaves for the day. At 15 minutes past then I am addressed by the remaining staff on looking into contacts, I ask how much longer? says "right now..in like 5 minutes" and types on computer. I ask "should I reschedule? were already 15 min past appt time", she says "no ill take you right now" & proceeds to type on the computer. At this point theres no urgency or real movement to get up, so its determined my time is wasted at least for a total of 20 minutes without any courtesy or acknowledgement of the delay. Was I double booked? Did they sqeeze in another pt because they were there with another scheduled patient? Or just flat out running behind? Either way common courtesy would be to call to let pts know prior or let the patient know at check-in so I could've decided for myself if I could/would stay or not. But I am courteous and left so they can leave on time, rather than rushing through the last patient exam of the day. would they have still allowed me to be seen if I was 15/20 minutes late with no acknowledgement? I'll go with probably not...

Visited the office for the first time and saw Dr. Liou. My visit was an awesome experience and will like be bring all my families here for future visit. Our current opto is closer to our home and staff are friendly but at times, it feels like car dealership with regards to extra charges for “upgraded” test…. It didn’t feel that way here. Thank you for the great experience and looking forward to our next visit.

I’m so grateful for their willingness to stay open for me on a busy Wednesday night. I had a little bit of an emergency, and needed to pick up specialty eye drops. Technically, they were closed and most businesses would not have helped me past business hours, but they did, and it made my day so much better! Great work, BVA!!

Went in today and saw the doctor all was fine no issues. But then as we were picking out frames and me telling one of the staff what I wanted we were interrupted by another member of staff about a pair of glasses from a customer that had just walked in at this point the lady that was waiting on me, got up and left me sitting there like I didn’t even exist anymore. After a couple of minutes, the lady that interrupted us came over and didn’t even know what was going on or what I wanted and at that point I’m like when do you quit waiting on a customer that’s in front of you to take care of a customer that walked in. Then She got an attitude when I said how much do I owe you. Then while I was at the counter, I asked for the prescription For the glasses and I don’t even know what she mumbled under her breath, she wrote it out and then continue to talk behind my back as I walked out the door to other customers in the office. If this is professionalism, Then we’re all doomed.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable waiting area. Doctor Hooman had an Awesome bedside manner. He listened to my concerns took a look then explained what was going on with my eye. Next thing I know he opens a drawer puts a drop in eye then I felt a burning sensation for a second. He's like okay gave me instructions for carrying for eye and my eye wasn't bothering anymore 🤗

Such a great eye appointment. I have seen Dr. Nicasio for several years, and always appreciate the time he spends during my exam. He shares with me what he sees (has even taken pictures with my phone so I could see too!), helps me understand the condition and health of my eyes, and is always kind and caring! Highly recommend this office! He even had NEW technology from my visit last year! I have taken my daughter here as well, and look forward to many more visits in the years to come for myself and my family!
