Staff was doing their best (short staffed at the time) They were friendly, & explained everything. The Doctor was great, very informative, not rushing, explained everything in detail, was very kind & down to earth. I will be returning. Only constructive criticism would be updating the office, a better filing system/storage area so it's not so visible to clients, & so the staff have more room to work/move around the smaller reception area.

I had been seeing Dr. Orazio Gilibierti in Totowa for several years who I absolutely loved and trusted implicitly. Unfortunately, he stopped doing eye exams post-Covid and referred me to Dr. Schkolnick. I am extraordinarily particular when it comes to optometrists because of a previous bad experience, and despite being 45 minutes away from me, I have found my new doctor. Dr. Schkolnick was fantastic. He was so thorough and explained each step of the exam as well as my options for vision correction in detail - frankly, in a manner that no one has before. Your eyes are one of your most precious commodities and need to be well-cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Schkolnick for anyone who is looking for an optometrist.

Good deal

Went for a follow up appointment and my time was wasted and I am upset that I can’t get it back. Took off work and had someone drive me and everything and of course my insurance will be billed. They brushed off my concerns and couldn’t tell me why I was back again, this was a rush appointment and they did nothing. Dr Heideman wanted me back and I came and he did nothing, the resident dr Truman did not know anything what was going on. I will not be back. Horrible experience!!

Venus optical is top notch office for eye care. You will not find a harder working place that goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. These guys are some of the best in the business. I would highly recommend this optical to anyone!

Dr. Sianati is on point with her assessments. She is always on time. She or her office will call you with updates or with any changes. The only downside is she always booked so it is hard to get appointments.

The exam was 15 minutes, super nice doctor. My glasses arrived in 2 weeks and I saw perfect with them.

I compliment Dr. Daniel Pace at Family Vision Care of Bountiful on his skilled expertise in caring for my optical needs. His staff is also well trained and efficient in their responsibilities. Dr. Pace is very personable and willing to discuss any questions you may have during your visit.
