Dr. Phi Doan himself is very nice, but his staff are otherwise. Receptionists are cranky and arrogant. The other doctor that also work at this place is also not too friendly. If you buy $500 glasses and they will be very nice to you. Glasses and frames here are ok, but to get your glasses, you'd have to go through some frustration and feel discriminated by the receptionists/doctor.

When I was in third grade I started experiencing headaches and it was determined that they were due to impaired vision, so luck my, I got to get glasses. Helpfully, I was outfitted with a spiffy pair of circular transition lenses (the original ones that never really quite transitioned all the way back to clear). Harry Potter came out the next year and the comparison (aided by my unfortunate spectacle choice) with the titular character did little to improve my popularity. As this anecdote might illustrate, my relationship with ophthalmologist's offices has occasionally been fraught. Thankfully, as an adult I can choose both the glasses that I wear and the office I go to. I now select both carefully. Visionology is an excellent office that I and my wife have been going to for 2 years now. I find all of the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable. The doctor is solution oriented and customer focused. The facilities are clean and aesthetically pleasing. The selection of glasses is above par. In life you can't have everything but you can have a nice experience at the eye doctor.

Actually came here to see Dr. Richard Najar who shares the office. Office was clean and organized. However, there was one receptionist who was very rude to patients and had very little patience in explaining costs and next steps, etc. It was with multiple clients who she was frustrated with. The wait time is also long. I was here for a 9am appointment, arrived at 845, was seen at , and didn’t leave until 11! I would avoid coming here, especially with so many other eye doctors around.

We always end up with John. He, as well as everyone else, is always very helpful and polite. Happy to have found this location.

This is an amazing Vision Clinic!! Dr Nguyen was so nice and very thorough, very patient, and never felt rushed!! The eyeglasses department also excellent and great to work with in picking out frames. ALL the office staff were SO nice and pleasant to work with. I look forward to my next visit in a year!

All the reviews are correct!! Both Dr. Gamba and Dorian are amazing at what they do! I felt welcomed and well looked after. I take my eye care very seriously and they have my best interest at heart. I recommend them a thousand times over.

Dr Keith and Jessica were very helpful to see me at the last minute and explained everything very thoroughly. I recommend highly.

I wish we found this place sooner! I came here to get new lenses for frames that I already had. My previous optometrist wasn’t able to create new lenses for my frames, but this place was able to no problem. I have also come here to get repairs done to a pair of glasses that had gotten squished and bent out of shape; I thought they were unsalvageable but he was able to fix them. They’ve been in business for 40 years and the experience shows. I would recommend this place to any of my family or friends!
