If you schedule an appointment, make sure you confirm it when they text or call you. I scheduled my appointment myself online a week in advance, received a confirmation email that my appt has been scheduled, then received a text the day before saying they look forward to seeing me at the time of my appointment. Only to find out the they gave my time slot to someone else when I walk in, because I did not confirm. I gave feed back to the rep that at least I should have received a text as well when they gave my scheduled app to someone else, and was directed to HR. Hope someone from HR sees this then.

I was having detached retina symptoms so the office saw me quickly, without an appointment. The front office was very efficient and within a short time, I was checked-in, triaged, dilated and waiting to see the Dr. The Dr. examined my eye and determined it was a vitreous detachment, and not a retinal detachment. I appreciate the efficiency and professionalism of the office, and can recommend it.

I alway look forward to my yearly visits because the staff is always going above and beyond to provide us with the best customer service. Everyone is very friendly and the doctor is very professional and extremely polite. I really love this place ❤️.

We always appreciate my 92-year-old mother's appointments with Dr. Jeanne Brooks of the Hampron Roads Eye Associates office at Building C, on the campus of Walter Reed Hospital in Gloucester. After 10 years as Dr. Brooks' patient, I know my mother would not choose anyone else for her eyecare.

Dr. Lad and the entire team at Experts on Sight are great! Dr. Lad specifically is so thorough, kind and knowledgeable. You are never rushed and she explains everything in detail. Really thankful to have her as my doctor. You will be in great hands with them!

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating especially Nick and Gus. They are very attentive to your needs and have a cheerful and positive attitude. They have a wide variety of frames and a selection of designer ones at reasonable prices. Sheridan Eye Care will not disappoint. Go visit them for eye care needs.

I recently had the first of two cataract surgeries, performed by Dr. Fisher. The surgery could not have gone better and the vision in my corrected eye is 20-20. Dr. Fisher is outgoing, knowledgeable, and a very skilled surgeon. He not only replaced my lens, but explained the entire procedure to me so that I remained calm and confident throughout the process. Undergoing a surgery that entails cutting and probing the eye is scary. However, after having gone through it, my fears were unwarranted and the results are amazing. Everything went so well, that I actually wanted to move up the date of my surgery on the uncorrected eye. I am happy to give Dr. Fisher and Brandon Eye Associates my highest and unqualified recommendation to anyone contemplating cataract surgery.

Dr.Choi was very thorough with the testing procedure. Knowledgeable and very informative. Waiting for results in the mail for all the results for my records. The appointments were easy and staff were friendly. The appointments were very timely and did not have to wait past my appointment time. The reminders were very helpful by text messages and in person from the staff.
