I was referred by my optometrist for a serious concern. Dr. Shane’s office took me in immediately. I was met by a young man with a great personality, professional attitude who projected a real sense of caring and calm. Will definitely recommend this Doctor! And for the Ladies, after seeing him your eyesight will definitely improve as he is definitely easy on the eyes!

I recently received an eye exam with Dr. Grayson and his support team. Everything from being greeted at my appointment time to the visual test and then meeting Dr. Grayson was excellent. Being a new patient you can’t always be sure of what to expect. My expectations were exceeded throughout the visit. I have already referred a neighbor to this amazing group.

Had my first visit here and couldn't be happier. The staff and doctors are very professional, attentive and happy to explain things in as much detail as you want. They seem to be very up-to-date on the latest procedures and possibilities, and they do not rush you through; they are very thorough. Great combination of professionalism and friendliness!

I was scheduled for eye surgery. I was not comfortable with this guy not completely explaining the side effects of eye drops I was supposed to take. He was afraid I wouldn't take the eye drops and told me to find someone else to do the surgery. He said he did not want to do it. I did find someone at another location.

Had a great experience, no waiting really. A few minutes is all. Got my glasses fixed and ordered new ones. I was in and out in a short time. Staff was pleasant as well as the Dr. I will be back.

The jury is still out. I enjoyed my interactions with the Gonzales Office. Here, I felt like I was in the finance office at a 1985 car dealership. Hurry up and sign the paperwork, but short on specifics. I mentioned a lens (cataract) that was introduced in 2021 and the young lady dismissed me by saying "we haven't used that in some time." I'll need to do some more thinking before I can feel comfortable. I was there as the final step before cataract surgery in both eyes. I cancelled.
