Poor experience overall other than just the long wait time after getting there for my first and last ever appointment The front desk staff charged someone else's bill to my card- this was resolved before I left, but still weird. When I had scheduled the appointment over the phone, I verified that they accepted my insurance, so after my appointment, I gave them my insurance and paid my out-of-pocket portion. Two years later they called me once and left a voicemail asking me to call them back and then sent me to collections stating that my insurance denied coverage. I called them as soon as I found out about the collection and asked why they didn't notify me of an outstanding bill before sending me to collections and they said that would break HIPAA. The voicemail didn't include any private health information and a simple payment reminder would have been HIPAA compliant, but I was able to pay immediately over the phone. (I'm currently working on reimbursement with the insurance company since I found Sabates through their list of providers but it was two years ago). As for the actual appointment-- I've worn a prism correction in my glasses prescription for over a decade but was told repeatedly by the Sabates optometrist that my glasses didn't have a prism in them, even though I had my last prescription from a different optometrist that showed the prism. The appointment ended up being a waste of money because the prescription I was given gave me such bad eye strain even after taking time to get used to it. I went to another optometrist shortly after trying to make the prescription work and was told that I'd been given a prescription that was too strong. I've been to a lot of optometrists because of moving around a lot and haven't really had negative experiences until this one- the staff was mostly friendly but there were too many things that went wrong.

Dejiah was the sweetest! I went in for an eye exam and ended up needing some glasses, she made the process so easy and we ended up just talking like we have known each other our whole lives. It was awesome being able to feel that comfortable when trying to figure out what glasses work best for you! She even helped me pick out the ones I ended up loving! Over all just a very sweet human I am so lucky I got to meet her!

Always love going to Nationwide Vision for my eye exam and glasses! The best care for my aging eyes, perfect prescription for reading and distance, and kind and friendly staff. I feel very comfortable going there; all my questions get answered. The store has the cutest glasses and they came in so fast from the lab. My fitting adjustment was perfect for working at the computer. Now I enjoy my new glasses. Highly recommend!

My family of 7 have been coming to Value Eyewear for over 15 years. The price of contacts and glasses are very reasonable. Of course, it is not all fancy inside and doesn't have an enormous assortment of glasses, but my kids always find name brands and cute glasses they are happy with. So, save money come here or spend a lot more money and go elsewhere.

They have a lot of people waiting about 2 hours i was here at 130 pm now it's 321pm still haven't seen the doctor..there 😞 …

Dr. K and team really know their stuff. Fantastic space, easy in, easy out. First time I got my horrible vision checked in a decade and was very happy with the experience.

I am extremely satisfied with the staff and the treatment given by Dr Banker. I was very anxious when I arrived at the centre, however, the pleasant staff put my mind at ease, and also, my physician husband. I highly recommend the Center For Sight. The office is in a good location with ample parking. It’s a nice clean spacious office . The eye exams were thorough and quickly efficient which I appreciate in a busy day. The optometrist who went over my vision/ health was informative, patient and upbeat. I also did the ottomapping to get a more full look at my eye health ,which I was unsure of because my Kaiser eye exams weren’t very thorough and it had been years since the start of the pandemic She took the time to ask if I had questions in each area she discussed . It was a nice relief to see all the detail in my eyes, nerves etc and to see how healthy my eyes are in full detail giving me peace of mind. The gentleman helping me was chill and patient with me deciding on frames ( I tried so many looking for the right shape & style) , he helped me by trying to match the style I had in mind and brought comparable styles from various top designers and mid range priced frames. I apologized for having so many frames out ( thinking oh no he’ll have to put all these away 1 at a time) , he even made me feel at ease about that. It was my first picking out eye glasses. This office made it a good experience.

I had a really good experience everyone was very helpful and friendly. I was late and they still took me in 100% recommend easy people to talk to. Especially Camille she helped me out a lot with finalizing glasses and helped me with the cost a ton!! Very happy with the service.

My overall experience was very good. The Technician was very polite & knowledgeable. The doctor was kind and explained everything to me, he also gave encouraging words. With my condition it was a pleasant experience

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Khan and his staff! I noticed a strange bump on my eyelid and looked up local providers that accept my insurance. Dr. Khan was the third office I called but the only one that was able to see me same day! I was thrilled they had parking in a garage for patients and the staff was super friendly checking me in. Briefly enjoyed a nature show playing in the waiting room and then completed a few tests. Very soon after I met Dr. Khan who was so knowledgeable and enjoyable to talk to, he was in no rush and thoroughly answered all my questions with patience and a sense of humor. Truly one of the best experiences I've had at a doctor's office.
