Some of the best service I have ever received, in any business. My previous pair of glasses were damaged and lost on a trip, and i returned home on a Sunday, with work the next day. Next Monday I called around, and found Dr Marcus as a highly rated optometrist. I shared my issue/crisis with them and they were able to fit me in that day for a check up. Dr Marcus has excellent bedside manner; you can tell he has a passion for helping others solve their optical needs. The office anticipated the glasses would arrive by Friday. Even better, i got a call from their office Wednesday - 2 days later - saying my glasses were available for pick up. The woman who runs the front office called the manufacturer relentlessly until she got a hold of them, and was able to expedite the shipping for me. I am beyond satisfied with their service. 10/10. They will be my go-to for any of my optical needs.

Couldn’t been happier, Dr Cepero was extremely attentive, he was friendly and took the time to answer my questions and explain the cornea exam results. Prices are reasonable and scheduling was easy, so would absolutely recommend.

I'm writing this review so that others that need cataract and glaucoma surgeries will be helped by my excellent experience with Dr. Billy Pan. My long-time ophthalmologist specializes in cataract surgery. He said my surgeries would be complicated and referred me to Dr. Pan. I am very thankful that he did. My surgeries were on one eye Jan 2023 and the other eye Feb 2023. Dr. Pan explains everything very clearly and thoroughly. When I had questions after my pre and post op appointments, he always answered my emails or phone call in a very timely manner. His very good surgical coordinator Lorraine was also very easy to reach by phone or email and answered any questions. My surgery results were miraculous. I went from being so nearsighted that most optical stores couldn't handle my very high prescriptions for contacts and glasses, to being able to see great without contacts or glasses. This is the third time I have waited over an hour with my daughter past her actual appointment time. They are not apologetic for the wait time at all and have such poor customer service. I will not be returning.

My sons and I have been coming to the Bala Cynwyd Visionworks. Dr. Kim is very thorough and the staff are friendly and helpful, especially Monica! The prescription glasses come back quickly. The one time there was an error, it was quickly rectified. They take insurance. I do miss some high end brand frames they used to carry but you can bring in any frames, which I sometimes do.
