I was referred to Dr. Alfaro for poor vision in my left eye. The staff was amazing. DR. Alfaro on the other hand was to busy trying to diagnose me with diabetes which I don't have by the way Because of my family history and my weight. Only thing he was talking about was the diabetes. When I asked him about my diagnosis and if diabetes had anything to do with it he never answered me. I think he needs to be a endocrinologist instead. I will not be returning very unprofessional

I’ve never had a Doctor who came to my aide in such a miraculous manner. Dr. Eftekhari is extremely professional and cares for his patients. His attention to detail ,the preparations he makes to assure the best care, will always be appreciated. I’m so grateful to have been in his care .

All of the staff was so nice and friendly. Dr. Murnan examined my daughters eyes in a timely manner, she picked out frames and we were told it would be 7-10 days before they would be ready. The glasses were ready within 3 days! We are so pleased with the entire experience!

Very helpful and courteous staff. Michael and Curtis helped me with the lens changing process and responded to all my questions clearly. Getting lenses and eye exam - both processes were smooth. The store is usually not very busy. The collection of frames are typical of a regular LC store.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Bonakdar since he took over my childhood eye doctor’s practice about 25 years ago. I continue to see Dr. Bonakdar because he is knowledgeable in complex eye conditions, and he takes the time to explain my conditions, describe the purpose of various diagnostic tests he’s running, and explain the different treatment options available. I interact with many optometrists in my line of work, and they often want to take a look at my eyes after I explain I was born with cataracts. Invariably they all say something like, “ Who fit your RGP lenses? They did an amazing job!” Dr. Bonakdar’s practice manager, Alejandra, makes the patient experience as smooth as possible, and she puts patients at ease. Se habla español fluido. If you have a complex eye condition, go see Dr. Bonakdar and Alejandra. They will take care of you.

I'm pleased that I brought my daughter to see Dr. Parker. He is genuinely caring in his profession. Beyond addressing our need for glasses, we sought his expertise for other medical concerns. Dr. Parker dedicated ample time to treat her condition and thoroughly explained the necessary steps for me to follow. I highly recommend this optometry office.
