Marc Anthony helped us today and he was amazing and informative. Our doctor was so kind and she was also very patient. The lady conducting the contact class was terrific also. It’s always a pleasure going here.

Excellent Eye Care. Friendly Staff. Superb Service. Got an Rx for new glasses that was crystal clear! Whenever I have any eye care needs, Hidden Valley Eye Care is where my family and I go. We have never found another Eye Care Provider who does a better job, period.

She examined my grandsons eyes He’s on the autism spectrum and she was so kind and gentle with him. She was also a wonderful optometrist. His vision was 2020 but because he’s on the computer or his phone so much she gave him glasses that would help prevent the glare from hurting his eyes. I highly recommend her..

Today I had a horrible experience from a staff member of this center. While walking past, the staff member yelled expletives and indicated that “didn’t respect adults” as though I was a child. This “Karen” works at the eye care center where complaints have been made previously regarding the woman’s demeanor and erratic behavior. I warn anyone from going to an establishment that allows an insane, racist woman to try to intimidate patrons.

They need get better at cleaning and hygiene in this location. Smells weird, we are talking about a doctor office. Second; they do not confirm the appointment the day before through text or call. And last but not least: I waited for my appointment for 30 minutes and nobody came to help. Respectfully I let them know that I am leaving since my appointment was 40 minutes ago

I have had the best experience with the best doctors at MedSTAR Family Choice. They are excellent at listening to my concerns and helping me come to a solution. The best doctors nurses and staff that I have ever met in a medical field. Thank you for providing such great healthcare for me.

Joy and Taylor are a pleasure to work with. They know the style I like (rimless) and always find me the best look, and they work with my insurance so I get a good deal. Dr Spevacek is great to work with, very patient and explains everything thoroughly. Great place for eye care!!

Dr. Shaw is so kind and cares for people. My father went in with a painful and tearing eye, Dr. Shaw helped him immediately! We are so appreciated of his work and time!

Dr. Kavanaugh was great. If this rating was based on her alone, I would give 5 stars. My 1 star reflects the poor customer service by the other staff. They are not friendly, and acted like they were being inconvenienced despite me being the only customer shopping at the time. I was not offered assistance with finding frames within my budget (under $165) so I decided to leave and look elsewhere. An hour after my exam, I called them for my pupillary distance (PD) as it wasn't noted on the Rx. I was told they only take this measurement if I purchase glasses from them. I would have to come back in and pay $15 for the PD measurement despite having just paid for the exam.
