Poor customer service and insanely expensive yearly contact fitting fee… and they didn’t even check the fit of my contacts. Employees treat you like a number instead of a person

Tried to get my daughter in after taking her to the ER with Bells Palsy and all they wanted to do was send her to a surgeon. Very unprofessional all we wanted was for him to examine her eye!

I've been going to optometrists since I was 3. I decided to try this place because it's so close to my new home. They make you feel so comfortable. All of the staff were so friendly and made you feel at home.If anyone is looking for a good eye Dr, here is the place. They are also accepting new patients.

The staff in this office treat you like family. They could not be any Kinder than what they are and they go above and beyond to help you any way they can. For all the work these ladies do I hope they are paid well because they are Johnny on the spot with getting all the work done and getting us ready to see the doctor . The building is well kept and always clean . The aquarium is absolutely gorgeous . Yes I get aggravated having to wait on Dr Moore to see me as there is no excuse for a doctor to be late coming into the office . However , Dr Moore is perhaps one of the best doctors around these parts! He has performed a couple of surgeries on me and he really keeps an eye on my eyes! Wouldn't think of going to another doctor.

Katie at the optical department counter is always pleasant, personable and professional. She remembers me & says hello, even after months since my last contacts/glasses order. Give her the Employee of the Year award!

I really like Dr. Hung! She is an awesome optometrist, very knowledgeable, kind and caring with a great sense of humor! I like that the office is close to where I live and that I am always able to get an appointment when I need one.

We were looking for optometrist after seeing luerie ophthalmologist for a while. Everyone recommended Dr. Cohans and now, I know why. He is most gentle and patient doctor that works with kids. Our appointment did not felt rush at all. He answered all our questions with such a great professionalism. Whole office staff were so friendly. As a parent, I highly recommend this place and I left so relieved that my girls’ vision is in good care so, they won’t have eye problems like me.

Insane wait times at both visits. Over 2.5 hours at my first appointment with time with doctor being 5 minutes or less. Dr. May is not friendly, answers genuine questions with attitude and doesn’t explain what he’s doing or why. He literally laughed in my face! The only positive experiences are with the front desk staff and one male tech.

You if have an appointment here, better bring a lunch and a before dinner snack. To start, you have to phone and usually leave a message in order to make an appointment so that you can make an appointment for services. This is because this money only driven facility doesn't hire enough staff to cover their phones. I made my appointment three months in advance and here's what took place. I arrived just before 2:00am and starting filing out the paper work. I was called in for a preliminary exam and then sent out to different waiting room. I overheard senior citizens complaining that they had been waiting 30 to 45 minutes. I didn't see the doctor until 3:30 for all of about 10 minutes. I left around 3:45. Why did it take so long? Clearly the office was heavily overbooked to pull all of the cash possible out of single day with no regard whatsoever for the customer's care or time. The only reason these sorry examples of quality service even get one star is that I can't go lower.
