Our family loves Dr. Goldschmidt! She has been our eye care provider for many years. Jim and all the staff are always so helpful and professional as well.

Would have liked to have given a higher rating but after today's encounter with one of their staff members I will not. Our visit went well, even though there was an issue with our appt. The staff that were there were very professional, friendly and provided outstanding customer service. That was, until we were leaving. This portly blonde staff member walked in and rolled her eyes at me, 1st thing. I watched her as she walked behind the counter, shocked to see that she was an employee who worked there with such a nasty attitude. I got up to speak with my daughter and did not see that the other receptionist who had checked me in had left. That heavy set nightmare was sitting in her place. I politely said Thank you so much and to have a good evening. She rolled her nasty eyes at me again! And...mumbled yeah whatever. She is so lucky that all I did was give her a dirty look and said alright then don't. I called to report her as soon as I got home AND LOW AND BEHOLD, there are some other similar complaints about this atrocious employee. Hope they learn their lesson and toss her out to find a more suitable job for her dumpster, unprofessional and ogre attitude.

I really liked Dr Recalde she’s very personable and knowledgeable, as she is an expert for my particular condition. I was referred to her by my previous Dr who said she is the absolute best for treating dry eye. I feel confident, going forward that she will be able to further determine the best possible treatment for me.

Dr. Colabella provided an excellent atmosphere for my checkup and subsequent purchase of corrective lenses. There were some troubling stats on my eye exam, but the good doctor laid them out to me in layman's terms and assuaged any concerns I had in the moment; bedside manner isn't just for the hospitals!

Tanya receptionist at Charlotte Pike is a kind, efficient lady who greets ALL patients with a personal approach for intake and scheduling. Both she and Dr. Steiner are excellent in exam practice and taking time to know any specific concerns or questions. Such an unexpected pleasant experience for an eye exam. Thank you Ladies!!!!!

You made a customer, who buys several boxes of lenses a year and replaces their glasses worth hundreds of dollars once a year, not want to visit with just one phone call. If you are an employee, I think the owner should be aware of this, and if you are the owner, that is too bad.

The staff here is extremely kind and amazing. They are attentive, authentic and simply the best. Marz was patient with me as I tried on a plethora of glasses. Our experience helped me to step out of my comfort zone. He is also super knowledgeable. Denika was informative, also patient with me as we went over budgeting and practicality. Let’s not forget the Optometrist Sue! After flying in from Texas, and not having much sleep, she offered me tea. She introduced me to bifocals. At first I was skeptical, but the team encouraged me to try something new, and helpful to the health of my eyes . In the event I don’t like that method, I can always go back to my regular routine. Thank you team at the Fairfield location. You all rock!

I am writing this review after receiving service today at this professional establishment. Today I had a appointment for a eye examination and was truly impressed buy the level of care I received from testing , diagnosis and a thorough explanation of findings and options. THANKS TO ALL .HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Doctor Locke and the entire office were so wonderful and friendly. They calmed any worries we had for our infant but most importantly, chose to see her at her young age while other offices refused. Huge thanks to these ladies, highly recommend for children!

Talked with Dr. Baker, great ophthalmologist who shared his subject matter expertise in a concise and patient centered way.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. They were so kind and they made me feel so comfortable. The way they walk you through the whole thing and are so prepared with care instructions. I 10/10 recommended coming here for your procedure.
