Incredible attention

The vision in my right eye suddenly deteriorated while on vacation in New Orleans. I was able to get an appointment the day I called. Everyone was extremely caring and friendly. The doctor I saw was patient while she explained in detail what was happening to my eye. This clinic was extremely professional! Life saver.

Efficient and professional. The facility has a confusing setup but easy to get help. The folks seemed genuinely concerned. I have 2 eye surgeries scheduled; I'll let you know.

I just had my procedure on Friday afternoon 10/20/23, everyone I encountered at the center was wonderful! Maria was great, taking care of doing all my tests and answering all my questions. The procedure was painless and extremely fast, I was able to see perfectly by Saturday morning! I HAD -5.75 eyesight and to go from that to perfect vision overnight has been truly life changing, and the best decision I’ve ever made!

I never get that worst customer experience at Flushing area. I called 1 day before to fixed my glasses and they asked me to come 10am. I wait ahead about 10 minutes because they not open yet. At 10:02 am I ring the phone and asked them I am outside coz my appointment time is already pass. Then I got the worst the customer experience of what the lady said, there is plenty of way to say they can’t fix my glasses because my glasses is broken that the reason I explain and make appointment over the phone. But she is very rude, she said how can we fix broken glasses and I asked why you guy said over the phone can fixed it. She is Really Rude. Doctors is nice my experience. Well bad day what I had my bad customer experience at morning.

I will always use this eye doctor, they have been the very best for addressing my issues with my eyes. I have seen a lot of eye doctors over the years. And I have not found any one that can compare to these two doctors. Both Jake and Stephan look at all of the issues and check out all avenues of the eye. I will not change and go to another doctor. As a Caregiver to my late-father, I got to see Dr. Barbara Schroeder take care of him when he needed his cataracts taken care of. She came into the Ft. Wayne VA Hospital to do his surgery & I took him to a couple follow ups at her office afterward. He really liked how she did both of his cataract surgeries and she was great with him during his follow ups. Am recommending my mom go see her to check out her cataracts too.

I have been a patient for many years and continue to be very satisfied with this practice. The staff and doctors are all professional, knowledgeable and most importantly display patience when answering all questions. A very positive experience.

I have been a patient at Alamo Eye Care for many years and have always had the best care. Dr. Frogozo is an excellent provider and her staff is kind and professional! She has handled my annual eye exams as well as several other eye related things that have come up through the years. I highly recommend this office for your eye/vision care needs!

Expect 2 hour wait. They book so many patients that it feels like a cattle call! Plan to look for another ophthalmologist office.
