I went to Dr. Lee when I was younger when he was practicing at Lens Crafters. Now as an adult, I am more than happy with Dr. Lee's care. Dr. Lee is careful to not overcorrect my prescription, which I appreciate! The staff is always very friendly and helpful!

I called on the 9th and they said the earliest available appointment was at the end of the month. Is business really that good? No wonder their reputation is so bad.

I honestly chose to come here because of all the previous good reviews and it was the best decision ever! Right when I walked in, I was greeted with smiling workers who were happy to help me. I had an appointment at 10:15 and didn’t have to wait at all to be seen. The doctors were super nice and really listened to my concerns involving my eye health. I work at a desk staring at a computer screen and the doctor gave me a prescription for “computer” glasses. There were many choices to choose from when it came to the frames and I can’t wait for my new glasses to come! But I highly recommend this optometrist for anyone looking for glasses or contacts ☺️

Everybody was so talkative and friendly that I decided to hang out there. Took my time. My glasses were fitted and I was sent off. Excited that I have new glasses coming in two weeks. What a nice place. I so highly recommend you go there they answered any and every question about my insurance. They were so knowledgeable and they made some wonderful suggestions. Go get your glasses there.

The staff is nice and good customer service

Great experience, selection, and customer service. Despite the distance and my tight schedule, I still went up there 3 times for my JMM frames. All because of Joe's professionalism, friendly, and courteous service. Thanks Joe!

Have lost blood flow to optic nerve. This was diagnosed and confirmed by 3 different doctors in SC. AND also at EMORY Atlanta GA . DUKE eye center doctor Lagg says psychological issue not optic nerve. Because he didn't find neurological issue he says my eyes are fine and I should not be going blind. In other words I'm crazy and making this up. I wouldn't Reccomend wasting your time with this place. There are better places to go.

Victoria was very pleasant, and she helped adjust my old glasses to use while I wait 10 days. The eye exam is very thorough. I know it's a much better exam than at Stanton optical. Prices are average. Overall it's convenient great eye exam and helpful staff.

Very thorough and very professional. He explained to me exactly what tests are being done and for what reason. The staff members were equally well informed and put me at ease on what they were going to do. Very satisfied.

I paid extra for my frames than my insurance allowed thinking they would be a better frame. I had them 6 months and the hinge on the frames broke. I have been wearing glasses for over 20 years and none of my previous glasses have broke. I had to pay for the replacement frames. They put my lenses in backwards. I have bifocals and could only read if I looked out the side. I will not return there.

Dr Kurteeva has been my opthomologist ever since she did my cataract surgery several years ago. I actually followed her from another group when she opened her private practice in this office. I recently was squeezed in for an appointment when I had an infection develop in one eye which doesn't often happen in larger offices. I even got a follow up appointment with Dr Kurteeva at an appropriate interval . Staff is helpful with appointments and insurance, and you feel your eye care is most important to everyone.
