Everyone at this office was so pleasant, so professional and really really take interest in their patients. I wish that all of my doctors that I had to see which treat me with that type of dignity and respect. Thank you so very very much for having the staff and the doctors and the technical person to serve elderly people again thank you.

Was great all the way through, receptionist and doctor were both respectful and helpful and made sure the whole experience was easy, quick, and importantly clean. Edit: A month later and follow-up care has been excellent, they were helpful and understanding in dealing with a mistake that the glasses manufacturing lab made, and have providing free no hassle adjustments since receiving my new pair.

I waited a long time to make an appointment because of physical disabilities and when I arrive at the office ... no handicap access! They are on the second floor and all that was provided were stairs. They should post it on their web site. I thought we were protected by laws aginst public businesses with no handicap access. I absolutely will look into this personally; this is not right.

First off, this rating has no reflection on the nursing staff. They were all very nice. They had me prep for surgery by changing into a gown in a bathroom! Not very sterile! The O.R. wasn't ready for the scheduled time, so my surgery was delayed. My husband was very worried because it was taking so long and the staff never informed him of the delay. When he asked why it was taking so long, they weren't able to give him any information . That would've put his mind at ease.

Joy is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Wonderful customer service. I have found the best optometrist in El Paso in my opinion.

This is an exceptional organization. Professional & caring from when you walk in until you leave. So well organized. Especially grateful to Dr. Turgeon for his skills. My cataract surgery in both eyes was wonderful. The surgery staff was right on point from the minute I entered until conclusion. They all made a stressful experience much more palatable.

I went in for an eye exam for contacts and was greeted by an amazing staff and had a great experience! The exam was thorough and Dr. Mandese was so nice and professional. I was highly impressed and you will be too!

after waiting months for a prescription Mr. Brian kept on lying about when I would receive the glasses after asking him to cancel my order he kept on pushing me to keep waiting for glasses after months of never receiving them. After waiting …

Getting a hold of them is almost impossible. One of their phone numbers says the office is closed all the time. The other number when you call or you go through menus push numbers and at the end, you either wind up with a voicemail or they hang up on you. Also, doctor was scheduled for surgery at the same time. My husband had an appointment yet. They never called him to tell him his appointment would be changed. Inept!

I've had a few great experiences now at the Vision and Glass center. A surprisingly great selection of frames, really fair prices, and very helpful staff, Jennifer in particular was very friendly and helpful! Thanks!
