During my time here, the optician, Joe was extremely helpful. I haven't gotten new lenses in a while, so it's time for an upgrade. Joe answered all my questions and gave great recommendations such as a more flexible frame since I play sports or suggesting anti-glare for driving at night. He even helped me as much as he can for the overall pricing. Once I finish everything on my end, will definitely come back for the glasses.

Had a very strange customer experience here. My first visit this past July was wonderful - one of the best doctor's I've had, and the front desk coordinator was sincerely so kind. Everyone in office is wonderful! So when I had an issue with my new contacts about two weeks later, I didn't think it would be a problem to get it resolved. I called the office a few times, leaving messages, without answer. I tried using their text service. Nothing was returned except for a few "we're checking on this" or "we have to check with the doctor" for literally...months. I finally got an email in late September (my visit was in July) that they had a technical issue and could now help me resolve it. I got my contacts just the other day... it's November. When I picked them up, everyone again was so kind!!! I do not understand the disconnect between in-office and the people you call/email/text. I think they may hire outside people to do their phones, and I think that's a huge mistake. I really wanted to return here, but waiting 4 months for resolution is unreasonable.

Nightmare experience. I ordered glasses a couple months ago. They lost them. They told me they ordered a replacement pair. That was a lie. After 4 more weeks of waiting with no communication , I had my insurance call them and they admitted they never ordered them! Yet, they submitted the claim to my insurance. This place will try to blame this on the old owners, but these new people are just as awful. You walk in and it feels like you stepped into the 1980’s. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.

My first experience with this optometrist office. I was glad they accepted new patients. Very professional and courteous right off the bat from my call in to visit. I was seen very quickly after check in. I felt very relaxed and comfortable in this office. Parking is a bit of a hassle but they offer validated parking. Everyone helped me with any questions and they assisted me with choosing the right glasses and lenses. Thank you everyone for your stellar customer service and assistance. I will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful experience with both doctors at Spectacles. Dr. Philip and Dr. Erica were both incredibly welcoming and kind, making me feel like family. Dr. Meltzer took the time to give me a thorough eye exam while explaining everything in an understandable manner.

Excellent place, great prices and excellent quality.

Dr. Walsman helps you understand the intricate test results, yet he tells you straight, which I prefer. Sometimes the results aren't what's expected, but he hangs in with you while you process everything.

My primary care doctor is in this building and sent me to Dr. Elnick for an eye exam. She was very nice and detected the issues with my eyes very quickly. When I visited for my appointment in December 2020 they were practicing Social Distancing, temperature checks, masks for employees and patients, and they were constantly wiping down waiting room chairs, door knows, etc. I felt like I had a very good experience, especially under the circumstances of Covid.

My sister recommended me going to Mas Vision Optics and I can honestly say that Mario and Lourdes are amazing! They are very professional and welcoming. My boyfriend and I have been getting his reading glasses from them for years. The selection of glasses that they have are really nice and are suitable for any face shape. Strongly recommend going to them!
