Felt rushed through the eye exam itself and through me trying to find glasses, he was going to fast and not giving me enough time to see which one seemed more clear to me, because he would go to fast so I didn’t have a chance to even try to fully see the screen to make sure I could see good. I feel like I’m going to get the wrong prescription for my glasses will not be coming back here. The girls who help with the glasses need to be more friendly and no make it seem like it’s a bother for them to be helping you. Also the doctor didn’t even tell me his name so I couldn’t tell you who I seen. 0/5

I met with Dr Paglia today for a pressure check. He did spend time explaining what was happening and revised my appointment sooner to watch my condition. I feel very comfortable and have been going to Ocala Eye for 10 years.

I love the Kenwood location. The docs explain everything thoroughly. I was able to get an appointment the day I called for what turned out to be kind of an emergency. I won't go anywhere else. Staff was incredibly efficient and customer focused. Thank you!

I have been coming to Rosemore Eye Care for years. I absolutely love Dr. Ryan Rosemore. He is so educational and just a pleasure to catch up with every year. The staff is very accommodating and cheerful. I'm looking forward to many more years of being a patient.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS!!! They do not care about clients just the SALE. They do not LISTEN to their prospective patient and their concerns. The manager and the front office representative are all the same. I call to let them know how mad I was about the phone call I had earlier in the day. The manager hand the phone back over to the representative whom continue to debate on the claim and the service she was providing although I refused it. Waste resources head over to one of their location to just to be told the same thing I was explaining to the lady on the phone. 🙏 PLEASE care about your patient and not the money as you will receive as many client by the service you provide. You lost two customers that was handed to you.???? Think twice about the company you choose...do you want care or do you want CARELESS.

Dr. Pare and his staff are the best. He has treated three generations of our family. We trust them and would not go anywhere else. Best in Florida!

Dr. Gilmore is wonderful! He and his staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was very happy with my glasses and their service. I definitely recommend him and his team.

I have been here for multiple vision and eye care exams. The doctors have all had a good bedside manner and appeared competent and professional. One thing I didn’t like is that I have been there four times and each time I saw a different doctor. But they were all good. As for the sales side, I looked at frames today and received good service. When I said I wanted to think about it, I did not feel any pressure.

My wife had RK procedure done by this doctor many years ago and he over corrected and left very bad scars but we weren't aware of it. Years later she went back to him to see if she was a candidate for lasik and he said without a doubt but she didn't have it done. Since then, she's been to many eye doctors and has tried to get lasik and anytime she gets an eye exam, she is asked who did the procedure and they tell her he did a terrible job. We can't believe this guy is still in business. No one will touch my wife's eyes because of the scars he left. Every lasik place we've been to tells her she isn't a candidate and getting lasik would most likely make her eye sight worse in the long run but yet this clown was willing to do it. Considering getting a lawyer

Wow, just wow. The most amazing doctor I have ever been to in my life. She is so patient, knowledgeable, makes you feel secure and just an outstanding doctor & person! God bless. I’ve never felt happier. Thank you again so much!
