Had a great experience with the River Region eye dr today. The staff was super friendly and made everything really easy from start to finish. I was nervous bc I haven't been to an eye dr in years but Dr.Jones took time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions without rushing. I felt like they genuinely cared about getting my prescription right. The whole process was smooth, and I was in and out faster than expected. Highly recommend!

Dr . Listhaus is a gentleman. He explains and listens. He greets and includes family who accompany his patients. He is thorough and conservative in treatments.

I have been going to Dr. Tanguay for 6 years and find her to be very professional and efficient. She strives to make sure that glasses and/or contacts exactly meet my needs and I have never had a problem with her making changes as needed to either. I feel she definitely wants her patients to be happy with their glasses and does whatever she can to make sure they are satisfied. I have never been dissatisfied with any products I have purchased from her. I have recommended her to all my friends and family. Great doctor!

I am a commercial driver and as such am required to have a very thorough annual DOT exam. I put it of till the last minute and then found my self calling all over town for a last minute exam. I was lucky enough to find CORONA VALLEY OPTOMETRY. They got me in that very day. They were pleasant and extreamly professional. I will happily recommend them to all my friends and family.

I went to pick up my glasses today. As with my prior visit, the staff was really in no hurry to greet me or be of service. The glasses were handed to me, and I was asked if they fit okay. No adjustments were recommended and the approach was different than any other eye glass appointment I've had, in that it seemed almost "self-service". I would expect the individual there to be the expert on fit and give some guidance, but those expectations were not met. The woman helping me seemed miserable. I felt sorry for her. I will not return to WalMart for glasses again the future. The experience was just so off-putting. **Edited to add - the eye Dr. was very helpful. Dr. Taylor. The staff, however, was not.

Dr. Pentecost is wonderful. He is so thorough and extremely patient with all my questions. I definitely don't feel rushed through like "just another number". He has a very present energy that I really appreciate as someone with a lot of health anxiety! I have always found his team to be really helpful. For example, even though I'm out of network they explained what my out of pocket would be in a very clear way. He is also pretty easy to get in with- I love that I don't have to wait weeks or months for an appointment. The beautiful offices (both Capitol Hill and Leschi) are just icing on the cake. Parking isn't too bad for either location and the interior design is so well done, it's worth popping in just to do some window shopping if you're a design nerd like me.

Wife has been going to Dr. Cochrane for years and I for a couple. Never a problem. Staff is wonderful, has all the latest and newest equipment, no issues with billing and insurance, gives you all options with no pressure for the most expensive and a great bedside manner. Couldn't be happier.
