I have been a patient at this location for several years because of the amazing Dr. Lee and was very sad to hear he had moved last year. My visit with Dr. Anita Gor was amazing today. She was quick, thorough, and very personable - & I am happy to be a new patient of hers.

The best store in frisco area. Have a very wide and classy collection of glasses. The service was super quick and associates are knowledgeable in getting the benefits from the insurance. They recommended and gave us good choice on the glasses and frame collection’s.

Dr. Farr is a specialist in eye Care, and is excellent at his work. He takes time to care for patients. The office staff is excellent also. The waiting room is comfortable. The building is a bit hard to spot because it is tucked between larger buildings on a busy Street. The parking lot is behind the building down a narrow alley right next to the building. The watchful as you enter it so you don't enter the parking lot for the next to the building.

The office was filthy. Carpet stained. seats filthy.we waited for over an hour and a half, before he arrived. No bathroom. The perscription was not right, he told my husband he had Cataracts. It took them 3 months before he sent that information to the doctor. I called them 50 times, before they finally did it. The cataract specialist said my husband did not have cataracts! What a horrible experience. Oh, when we went to pay, they could not take the payment, they said the machine was down. I had to go home, and bring back a check. I have never written a review before. This has bothered me for a long time. I will say the doctor was nice. That is the only positive thing about the experience!

Surgery was required to remove and replace a cornea implant. After the surgery I ended up with 20/20 vision in that eye. I think that is remarkable I am quite pleased

Dr. El is always very professional and very efficient. Getting shots in the eye is not fun, but Dr. El makes the experience as painless as possible. (And the shots are working for me!)

Dr. Kim and her staff are absolutely amazing! Ingrid, at the front desk, was welcoming and warm. She did a great job during my boys’ intake. Dr. Kim is knowledgeable and takes her time evaluating each patient. She was emphatic and very nurturing towards my kids. I appreciate their kindness and thoroughness. Oh and the office was so clean and bright!

Felicia made my appointment when I just needed info about the date of my last visit. Dr. Chang was lovely, we talked about our kids and I was very happy with how she treated me. Then when I was ordering my new glasses, I was mistaken about my available HSA balance so Vanessa deleted everything and started over which saved me money. So very grateful for that, will continue to come back to this branch

This is a small office inside Target. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about services and products. Although this is a very small office, is was not too busy or crowded.
