My overall experience went smoothly! Dr. Rojas was very kind and the exam was quick and easy. The optical consultant was very informative in explaining my insurance/benefits and gave me great feedback when choosing new frames. Happy to have booked an appointment here.

I’ve been w. Dr. Trocchi almost 20+yrs !! minus 5yrs when I moved to NYC ! He has always been very kind , & especially patient w. Me bc I’m a “super blinker pop” during my exams!! Today I found out that he’s actually a superhero !! My son had a terrible eye irritation, for almost 48 hrs. I called Dr.Trocchi & the ans.machine says Wednesday he’s CLOSED! but there’s an Emergency # for E.R. Dr. Trocchi says but he’s never been here he’s not my patient!!, followed by…what kind of work does he do? Construction, of course! Dr. T asked us, to meet at his CLOSED office in an hour, bc he wasn’t anywhere near his office! , Dr. T magnified the speck., I actually saw it embedded …WOW smaller than a dust particle but felt like a knife !! I called Family/friends to BRAG BIG about my eye Dr. opening his practice pj for MY non-patient SON & eliminate the stabbing pain in his eye !! I promise u, U will never get this kind of door

The staff is very friendly and accommodating, so much so that I called them at 2:40 on a Friday before I left town for a week to pick up my son’s glasses and they stayed open just so we could pick them up! They fitted my son’s glasses very comfortably. I highly recommend.

Extremely slow with pace of servicing patients. Actually had mother-in-law sit and wait for 6 hours. Not able to break for lunch. This is just a conveyor belt of cattle. No sense of customer service. It’s a dead art here. Secretaries are … More

That was the most pleasant eye exam I’ve ever had! Dr. Cohen explained every step and made me feel right at ease. I can’t wait to pick up my glasses soon, too!

The care at this facility was fine. But almost a year after our visit they sent us a bill us for extra charges that were a result of a change in what insurance covered. They are doing what I think is called Balance Billing and I suspect is not allowed in CT. In any event, they never provided clear paperwork but kept sending me bills. Finally it wasn't worth the time to fight City Hall. But will never be going back again.

I’m considered young to have Macular Degeneration so I am thankful to find an incredible Dr. I’ve been going to awhile now and I’m very happy with my care. The office is super clean, the office staff is top notch. No question! Doctor is kind and caring and answers every one of my questions. I’ve had to call him off hours and he returned my call in less than 10 minutes. It might have be less! Thank you to the entire team! You are awesome
