Maricela was incredibly knowledgeable and patient; she guided me through my whole process of choosing the right frames. She was very friendly and put great attention to the details making it go so much smoother and enjoyable. Definitely recommend!

This office is the place to be!! Everyone is nice😊 They smile& make sure your comfy!! Dr.Fritz is the best he tells you what to do..Checks l8tr 2see if it was done or your doing it. Remember he's the Dr. he knows😄 The whole staff gets my👍🏼!! So if your looking for an honest eye Dr this is him!! Been a Patient now 3yrs!!! Dr is in the Blue!!

Dr. Padron is a great doctor. I feel fortunate to have found him. He is very thorough, professional, and patient doctor. It’s evident in his demeanor that he truly cares for each and every patient. I highly recommend Dr. Padron and count my blessings that I found him.

Easy check in and was being tested right at my appointment. Once pre-exam tests were complete I saw Dr. Riscoe. I love the way she takes time and explains everything that’s going on with my eye health. Great experience will be back again.

I had a very strange experience, and I left not knowing whether I was near sited, or far sited, nor did I receive confirmation that I had astigmatism. I never confirmed that I could see 100% at any point in the exam before I was handed a prescription ( so I'm still not sure how an eye exam is supposed to go). As someone mentioned, I will echo: "the gentleman serving me was minimally polite. After picking up my glasses I could not see clearly." Also, I was not offered any help figuring out a PD (which you need to buy glasses), even though the exam scheduled was specifically an 'eyeglass' exam and not a contacts exam. In the end, my glasses prescription is OK but not great and I paid more than other places for the exam. The frames at Costco were not appealing, and as a female with a slightly-wider-than-average face I only had 'male' frames to choose from so I had to take my prescription elsewhere, knowing nothing about what I needed, aside from a piece of paper in my hand. Giving this place 2 stars because scheduling was easy, and prescription does the job (though it is not great).

I will not be going back to this store for services; I have been going to this store for 5 years, since they were in 71st Avenue. The doctor is excellent, he did a thorough job. The $90.00 plastic frame is very cheap and fragile. In addition, when I picked up my glasses I was told no cases. They give me the glass in a cardboard pouch; cheap, cheap cheap...how frugal can you be, should I have paid with monopoly money? I will not be going back here and I know a lot of my friends who I recommended to this store. I will make sure they do not go back to this cardboard pouch store as well.

What an experience at Bauer & Clausen. Friendly Staff and great environment. I enjoyed Wyatt’s tour of the facility and my coffee cup. I can't wait for my new prescription of contacts to come in.

They are professionals and know what they are doing. This is a huge operation, almost factory like. I found the process to get rid of my cataracts confusing, but it didn't matter, they had all the answers, effortlessly moved me from step to step, and the results are perfect.
