I don't recommend this place. They are never back on time from lunch. Sign says "we'll be back at 3pm" and they are never there. Voice mail for the number listed on the door is not set up so I can't leave a message. Had an appointment at 3:30 (we where witing there from 3 till about 3:40) and they didn't show up till after 3:40. Wanted to get in Um, not dependable. Now I have to reschedule. Not the first time they come after they the time started on their door. No happy and will be going elsewhere.

The treatment I received by Dr. Caramello and her staff was outstandingly good. From the moment I walked into the office to the time I left, the staff was friendly and skilled, very thorough, and kind. I was there because of a sudden problem and concern, and the doctor and her staff got me in right away. I could not believe how kind and thorough they were. The office is clean, and there was good communication with the sending and receiving offices. This was the first time I was a patient there, and I highly recommend it.

Nothing but the best care for me, my relatives & friends that I have recommended to this wonderful eye clinic. The doctors and staff don’t just care about your eyes, but about your whole person. I am so thankful for them.

This was my first time with Dr. Doolen for an annual eye check-up and I must say I was extremely impressed. The appointment was scheduled very easily and I was taken in on time without much of a wait. Dr. Doolen was extremely thorough in his examination and was very patient in answering my questions. He made me feel extremely comfortable as a new patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Doolen for all your eye checkups/issues and would recommend him for all new customers without any hesitation.

I took my cousin, who is struggling with multiple health conditions, to Dr Bulas today for a routine eye exam and new prescription. The doctor was friendly, outgoing, professional and as warm a human as we could have asked for. I heartly encourage you to see this doc for your eye care issues! I would add, the tech and the office scheduler were precise, helpful and warm and a high compliment to our experience!

Amber made me feel comfortable from my first phone call to them. I had sad family news earlier that week and had been crying for days. Amber made me laugh, empathized, was patient, then gave me the most thorough eye exam. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. But Amber set the tone of comfort!! Thank you Amber and the amazing Doctor I had. The video visit with Doctor was neat to witness and thorough. First time visit to this clinic and I see more clearly than I have in a decade!! They have a long term customer now!! Thanks again!!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I am from Houston here on a family medical emergency and tore my contact lens. I needed a pair just to get me thru the rest of my stay here. I called several other offices in El Paso, no one wanted to help and wanted to only sell me a box. El Paso Optical were quick to help and even said “we should have them in stock come on in and we will take care of you”. They are the best!! Thank you El Paso Optical you guys rock!!

Dr. Moses is the best optometrist I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot since my sight is terrible and has been since I was little. He is patient, very experienced, and actually isn't expensive. Yep, it's a rare thing. I highly recommend!!!

Dr Sanderson is attentive and supportive in answering my questions, even between surgeries. Both cataract surgeries were perfect. The surgery staff themselves are very professional and delightful in personality. The McCannel team genuinely enjoy and respect each other. The whole experience was exceptional!

Was treated well. Everyone was friendly. The lady that helped me choose was honest when I asked for her opinion which I appreciated. I will be back. Thank you
