Staff is excellent and extremely caring. I have been going to dr nayar since I was in elementary school. He has always been rude and does not consider my problems to be problems. I always disregarded his mannerisms because my mom would tell me he is very good. Turns out he missed a bunch of symptoms and mis-diagnosed me. I would have not known if hadn’t moved and had to see a new dr. He doesn’t care and assumed I was making up concerns. Who says that? I have been going to him for almost 12 years and this is his solution? If I hadn’t seen someone else I would have had extreme long term issues. Sad. Do not recommend.

Well organized for scheduling an appointment, scrupulous eye checks, helpful in choosing frames and lenses. Recommended.

I just wanted to share for anyone considering LASIK eye surgery it has been the best decision I have ever made! I have perfect vision. No more glasses or contacts to deal with! The procedure was extremely easy and the recovery was even easier! I was walked through every step before and during and knew exactly what was going to happen, what sound it was going to make and how long it would last. It was quick and painless and Dr. Fitzgerald and the staff did such an amazing job! I was even back to work the next morning. I'm looking forward to being able to swim, workout, and enjoy life without having to deal with annoying glasses or drying up contacts!! Thanks Dr. Fitzgerald !!

Quality has gone down. This place is into it for volume. Your eye prescription is taken by young assistants. Not the doctors. They rush you out in 10 minutes. The staffers are complaining among themselves standing by the main desk about how overloaded it is. The place has the feeling of an HMO.

A prime example of getting what you pay for. I’m a single father. Money is always tight. When I needed new glasses? I saw the deals they had so I went here. Of course what I needed didn’t fall exactly within the deal. But I had no problem with that. I picked up my glasses today. They are unwearable. The best description I can give you? It’s like the old projection screen TV. It looks great if you sat directly in front of it. If you’re not staring directly out the middle of this lens? If you turn your head, or look up or down the lens immediately distorts. It was literally making me nauseous. These lenses are absolute garbage. I told the man who gave them to me. He told me I could get a different lens and order new pairs lol. I’m going to cut my losses and go back to Davis Vision Center . Even though only one pair there was 200 and something dollars? It was better than paying 150 for two pairs that I just literally walked over to the trashcan after I pick them up, and threw them away.

I have been going to the Broadway location for over 4 years. I schedule my appointments primarily with Dr. Hilde. She is professional, courteous and takes the time to answer any questions I have and explain things thoroughly. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and always helpful. I got a new prescription and picked out new glasses today. Rachael was professional, kind and very helpful. I always have a great experience at the Broadway location.

This is a great group of Doctors. I see Darin Smith and he is a godly man who isn't afraid to share his faith with his patients. I've seen him for many years and do appreciate his health care guidance for me and my wife. Thanks Doctor Smith

This was my first eye exam and I was very nervous but Dr Nguyen was very nice and professional. She made me feel comfortable. When the exam was done she explained in detail the condition of my eyes. And made sure I got the correct prescription. Gabrielle was the girl that helped me pick out my glasses. She was very sweet and patient with me. She made sure that the glasses I got not only fit/felt good but also looked great on me. Thank You Target Optical Team for the great experience.
