Hands down one of my most pleasant experiences at an optometrist. Anthony was fantastic and began assisting me the moment I walked in the door. And really took the time in going over what options and features would be best suited for me. I've worn glasses my whole life and for the first time ever I wasn't left second guessing my choices. The staff was friendly the service amazing, it's the fastest I've ever been able to get my glasses anywhere. I highly recommend you try this location.

Houston Eye Associates is one of the best in Houston. I visited Dr. Porias in December 2022 and had the best experience. His staff and himself were great. The second time, I visited Dr. Richard J for watery and itchy eyes at Richmond location, It was very disappointing because I waited for almost one hr, and Dr. Richard saw me for like 5 mins and prescribed me eye drops (The eye drops did not help at all) with saying that I had to see a doctor for sleep apnea which was never a case of watery and itchy eyes. They were in so much rush, and the staff was in hurry as well. It was like seeing a pharmacist for guidance. Seeing all the good reviews about Dr. Richard, I feel like probably they were in rush that day. I then visited Lenscrafters and some other eye care providers, but none of them were helpful so I decided to visit Dr. Porias again, unfortunately he was booked for the entire week, and I needed an appointment for that day due to my red and itchy eyes. I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Samih at Chimney Rock location. The lady/nurse who did all the examinations and questionnaires, she was an amazing person, she actually knew what she was doing, she gave her 100% effort. Dr Samih was great as well. They actually made me feel comfortable and explained everything. They were in no rush. I absolutely recommend Houston Eye Associates. They provide the best care 👍

Went there to get an eye exam today at the Brickell location. After refusing any additional treatments that the insurance wouldn't cover( verbal and in writing to the front desk staff and the dr) and making very clear that I am just looking to get a basic eye exam I was charged additional $40 for " contact lens fitting." Please note, I made very clear that I won`t be getting lenses from them ( I order them on line) and that I will be going with the same lenses ( size and brand) as I used in the past. Which was also dr. favorite choice. Not an honest practice - very rude manager. Charge will be disputed.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Drill for over a decade now. He is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I highly recommend him for anyone in the area.

The office staff are very responsive and helpful. Dr Tao is wonderful. When you talk with her you can really see that she loves what she does. She diagnosed me correctly, was very clear in setting expectations and provided maximally non-invasive methods of trying to alleviate my condition. I feel much better now and am very thankful to Dr. Tao for that. If you're not sure what doctor to pick, definitely come to Sterling Optical to see Dr. Tao!

Dr. Alexandros Pappas is very caring and a wonderful doctor, and so is his staff. My cataracts surgery went great. Thank you Dr Pappas.
