We are fairly new here and needed an Optometrist! We are so happy we decided to try Carolina Eye Care in Huntersville- right off of I-77 at Gilead, Exit 23. We've had the Best Experience with the Friendly staff at Carolina Eye Care in Huntersville, two years in a row since my wife and I have went for annual eye exams and new glasses! There are a lot of choices out there, but if you want an Optometrist that will treat you well- try them, you will not be let down!! 5-Stars from us-thank you Carolina Eye Care~ Ruben and Leah G.

The new office is beautiful. We were seen right on time. Dr. Cotter was pleasant and thorough.

CONS: None PROS: Professional. On time - even doing paperwork as I first time patient, they got me right in and I didn’t wait. Checkout was fast & uncomplicated. Everyone was friendly. Also, the practice took our vision insurance and we’re in-network for us. Because of that, my son went there and so did my daughter. The first time contact wearer class that my daughter attended was 1:1 with Linda and was a great experience for my girl! We will be back for our next visit.

We loved her. She was great with my 10yr old and 4yr old :)

I had a great visit this week! My vision issues were clearly explained to me and a treatment plan was assigned. I've got to come back in three months to check my progress but I'm hopeful that everything will be in tip top shape then.

I Always have a pleasant experience when I visit the office. Everyone is so polite and friendly and very welcoming. They are so helpful with assisting with forms and appointments. I was taken aback right away and saw the doctor a few minutes after I arrived! Very thorough and efficient!

Going to this place was a fantastic experience! Fred Bangs who greeted me and help me check in was so sweet and a big help! The Front desk was Amazing Debbie. The Dr.s assistant Kristal was fantastic Awesomeee personality. Dr. Bradley Howerter was so professional and easy to take to, he listened and responded to all my concerns and was wonderful to work with! Thank you soo much for your time and service. The checkout was even fantastic Maureen! Sooo Big Shout out to this wonderful Team. Thank You soo much for making my experience Wonderful and I Look forward to coming back!! HMF

The entire team is always kind, helpful, and our family appreciates this team! My oldest son just needed his first pair of glasses, and I was totally shocked at how reasonably priced the glasses are at the office! Every pair he liked was within our $200 limit with insurance, and the guy helping us was so awesome giving feedback. He actually took the time to explain to my son the best way to put on & take off glasses AND showed him the reason. Went above & beyond as the entire team always does.

Talk about lifesavers!! I went in to Family Vision source , with a crunch in time and very overwhelmed. Brandie in the front desk was amazing!! She offered several options for me and was able to squeeze me in for an appointment for my daughter the same day! . The entire staff was so helpful, and quick . Not to mention the glasses took less than a week to be ready! Thank you so much for being amazing!

After failed cataract surgery that gave me retinal detachment. I search for a year to find a good Doctor Who can help me so I found eye Medical Center Fresno and I was directed to Dr. Prescott. He performed the surgery that slowly, but surely is giving me my vision back again I’m very grateful the staff very friendly, I took my 89 year old mom there as well Dr. Teasley made my mom feel at ease when she helped her to Dr.Teasley,Dr. Prescott, top-notch Thank you, both
