Everyone from Jackie at the front desk to Ashley who gave straightforward advice about which frames looked best to Dr. Kuan herself was so nice, thorough, and helpful. Dr. Kuan took the time to get my prescription right from my glasses to my contacts and answered all my questions with so much patience. Much better than other places I’ve been. Highly recommend!

All around excellent staff extremely helpful and attentive to even the smallest details. Trevor helped us and was great, he managed to make us feel seen, heard and moved the appointment right along despite having a small rush of customers. Great service

The owner and staff were a lifesaver when a pair of sunnies needed a parts replacement! The 9:30am opening also made getting in & out before the morning conference talks extremely convenient. They also hold trunk shows and sells beautiful candles! Going to see if they can be shipped as I wasn’t able to break away again before closing.

Staff was friendly. Everyone was very professional. Doctors took time to answer all questions. The cataract procedures went smoothly for both eyes and the outcome is great. I have not seen this sharply and brightly for many, many years.

Dr. Lam is a great optometrist. He answered all of my question and made my trip easy and pleasant. I did not feel any pressure from other optometrist and will definitely be coming back. The staff were very helpful from beginning to end. They helped me check-in and processed my paperwork with ease. They also explained the rates and costs of frames and eye exam. The main thing the staff did was explain which frames I should get. I never realized square frames look better on people who have oval shaped faces.

Good service, nice and attentive staff. They did cataracts testing which I never had done before. Good prices. Owner seems to be fair. I'll be going there from now on.

I stopped in and was immediately greeted with a hello and a smile! My eye exam was prompt and complete. The entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, everything you would expect from a good quality optical center. I will be recommending “Americas Beat Eyeglass” to everyone who comments on how nice my new glasses look! A special shout out to John, and Jen for taking a personal look at my profile and needs, and being able to accommodate me even better than I originally thought.

Only reason I left a star is because I had too! Most trifling business ever! After they declined my initially request of glasses at my appointment and recommended I wear contacts and the only contacts that would work for me were $600 contacts , I told them I didn’t think this was a good idea, they ordered me a trial pair to try them out, I got a sty on my eye, they sent me an email stating I had a $500 balance for contacts I never picked up! Contacted the billing department multiple of times to inform them I never picked contacts up and they sent my account to collections! Contacted the office they stated only way I can get out of collections is to come buy some glasses!!! Will never do business with this company AGAIN!!

Worked me in quickly when I was having trouble. Very friendly and helpful staff. Dr Deutscher is professional, friendly, very knowledgeable, and explains his findings well. Excellent overall.
