Dr Young and staff are extremely professional I will definitely keep them as my eye care professionals. I’m sure you will feel the same confidence once you give them a try.

Very disappointed! Visited the store on a Saturday, had a preb, found glasses and frame. Salespeople friendly and helpful. Said they would call for insurance info on Monday and text me details. Walmart even sent a text requesting permission to send future vision comunications, which I responded with 'yes'. Called Wed. and the person on the phone found my insurance info but nothing else. I wasted all that time only to find the customer service let me down. Felt neglected!🤔🧐🫤

This Vision Center is simply the best. Omar, the technician there, is extremely friendly, patient and professional. He knowledgeably answered all my questions and helped greatly in making the my purchase a smooth and fun process. I would very much recommend asking for Omar if you want purchasing a new pair of glasses to be as painless as possible. I'm definitely going again for my RX sunglasses.

Vicky was awesome in terms of pointing out choices and payment options. Dr. Nguyen was phenomenal and would recommend both as well as the location overall! Thank you for a great experience!

This eye exam experience was the best eye exam I have ever had. They were incredibly detailed, used new technology to fix issues I’ve had for years! They changed my prescription to the same in both eyes and I already see it’s working wonders. I would recommend this place to anyone! I will never go to another eye doctor! The staff are incredible!

The staff was excellent, extremely nice and wonderful to work with. Very up to date eye equipment for the best eye care and a wide variety of very fashionable frames and lenses to choose from! I will definitely be going back and recommending to my friends and family!

My Boyfriend scheduled his Appointment for an exam and contact fitting for 9:50 today. Upon arrival at 9:58 (within the allotted grace period of 10 minutes) He was told he would have to reschedule for another day as he was “late”. There was only 1 other customer in store and it seemed like the receptionists weren’t too interested in helping him to begin with.

Employees were very respectful and kind, did everything they could to ensure a great experience! Doctor himself was reassuring and let me take my time.

Keke was very helpful and nice! I am not a patient there but had a question as a person new to wearing glasses. She was very informative, cleaned my glasses, and even gave me a new case when I told her I lost mine. I’m thinking about switching as they take my insurance. Definitely recommended!

I have taken both my teenagers to the Pembroke pines location and Miami Gardens. Experience was fantastic! The advance technology they use, you don't see in many places, it is very precise and you feel comfortable throughout the process. Everything is explained to you. The owners go above and beyond, you can tell they love to help and know the field very well. They listen to the patients/customer. Haven't found a place like this in years and not going anywhere else. Highly recommend them.
