Take a number. NO Thank you! I waited twice, for what? 800 contacts will get them delivered to your door fast and will beat any pricing. Glasses you can get anywhere else. I went to a competitor that claims to be the Best in America and so far, I have been nothing but happy and never waiting again. I love Costco, for everything except for eye care, your life is to valuable to wait here.

I never go out of my way to write reviews for places. But I felt as I MUST tell everyone about my experience here at this eye doctor. My husband, daughter and I had all went in for an exam on the same day. The gentleman Muhammad there was very pleasant and accommodating of my schedule and he had done a wonderful job with my family. He was very thorough during the exam asking about any medical history and wanted to make sure they did not miss anything! To make my experience even better the doctor was fantastic. Dr. Gritsaev was wonderful and was amazing with my daughter. The doctor had given us amazing recommendations and given us her time and full attention. I was very pleased with the entire staff and will definitely come back for a lifetime! God bless you and your staff for your hard work 🙏🏼

I've been a patient here for about 20 years now. Dr. Tim is great, super friendly, and very professional. He keeps me apprised of everything going on with my eyes, goes into detail about what we see in the examinations, helps me to understand why my eyesight is changing over time and what I can likely expect in the future.

Great doctor, very knowledgeable and explains everything. I previously went to the same eye doctor for 20+ years, and was forced to change doctors because I moved, so I was wary of finding someone new who was just as good and trustworthy. This place is actually better than where I used to go because besides Dr Grofik himself being great, the office staff is VERY knowledgeable too. The last place I went always had issues processing my VSP correctly, and I'd have to get refunded. The assistant I worked with here did everything w/ my insurance correctly. She also was very helpful in recommending what types of glasses frames to pick out due my difficult prescription requiring super thick lenses. Also Dr Grofik gave me a bunch of free samples of contact lense solution lol. I've had a hard time finding quality professionals since I moved here (doctors, salons, etc) so at least I can say I found the perfect new eye doctor!

*update went to another branch no questions asked processed headache free. Don't waste your time at this branch, I had placed an order at a different branch came to make swap because they don't fit right. They first said we can't do it go back yo where you bought it. When I asked to speak with manager the manager kept insisting adjustments. Then she said it's been like 32 days not from when I picked it up but from when I ordered she was just looking for way out. I think it affects the store or her somehow not right to sacrifice customers over personal gain.

Dr. Maldonado is the best she always gives me great service. The associate Christopher was amazing not only was he training a new employee he was also helping guest. My check out was not the best and did take a long time but I understand with the high volume and new employees it can get a little hectic.

Dr. Hawk is amazing as always, and the dark haired girl that did my pre testing was extremely nice. The only con is the girl who helped me pick out glasses seemed like she couldn't be bothered she was rude and was worried about her phone more then she was helping me pick out glasses. I think her name was Tara. I would come back for Dr Hawk time and time again, but would rather not have to deal with Tara.

We have been to many eye Drs over the years but none more thorough than this one! She is extremely affordable yet knowledgeable and takes time to listen to concerns. Highly recommend her and Costco for affordable eye prescriptions and glasses!
