I'm a little suprised this clinic wouldn't have 5 star reviews across the board. Dr. Jason Varner is a fantastic optometrist. Not only does he have great clinical skills, but also fantastic communication skills. The customary fee schedule for uninsured patients is also extremely reasonable. Unlike the traditional run of the mill franchise, Dr. Varner and Dr. Tran started this clinic from the ground up. Therefore, you can expect excellent customer service, visits that do not feel rushed, and consistency in the provider you are building a relationship with to further ensure accurate prescriptions. I am looking forward to continuing my routine eye care with Dr. Varner even though my permanent residence is now in Florida.

I have used this location many times. Doctor and staff are always friendly and helpful. My contacts arrived quickly. I would highly recommend.

Amazing place and staff! Literally changed my 10 year old son's life by correcting/improving his vision. Highly recommend!

I love this place! Been wearing glasses for 30+ years and these have hands down been the best glasses I have ever had. The service is also amazing. They give you so much attention and help you pick out your frames, which I always hate doing every time I need new glasses. Dr Fox also measures my prescription very accurately. All in all a great place to get glasses and a prescription. Highly highly recommended.

My experience with the doctor was very good!! But honestly, the equipment they use for eye exams smells awful, like it still smells like the saliva of patients who were there before you. When I had to put my whole face in one of the machines, OMG!!!! It smelled like someone else's saliva. They need to clean all the equipment thoroughly and make sure it's germ-free!!!

Staff were very courteous and told me what they were going to be doing. Dr. King explained what he found and what I needed to do.

Poor customer service. Just rude and unconcerned after they get your money. Don't go there for contacts, cuz its gonna cost you a bunch and a 3 mth follow up to charge you more money. They try not to give you a print out of your prescription because you can find glasses cheaper elsewhere. Thats why she scribbles it on a pad, so u can't read it yourself. 😏 There are cheaper options that are still better than this place.

If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. Joanna sits behind the desk with a attitude, granted I was 10 minutes late for my appointment with my kids. I overheard her and another employee talking about me while I was filling out my paperwork. I don't play that so I got up told my kids let's go and left. She asked if I was done filling out the paperwork I ripped it in front of them and told them I would be going else where. Don't let these people play in your face

She is the sweetest Dr I have ever encountered. Her energy is so bubbly, she is so welcoming and kind (not nice, like she’s a genuinely kind person). It was a pleasure to be seen by her. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit.
