I’ve been seeing Dr. Xu for acupuncture while going through IVF. Her calm and caring approach has not only helped me physically, but also eased a lot of the stress that comes with fertility treatments. I’m grateful to leave feeling relaxed and balanced.

We love Dr. Ahmed, her exams and RXs are spot on. Our entire family goes to her for all our vision care needs and have for the last 3 years. She is an excellent Optometrist. Highly recommend her.

My prescription was transferred incorrectly at Nicollet location. Was replaced with correct prescription but when vision was made correctly I saw the distance was not where I could see distance while driving unless I put my head down and looked out the top of the glasses. Employee adjusted frames which did nothing to help correct the lenses. My husband had the readng portion put in the incorrect part of lenses at this location.

My guy Ruben is the man when it comes to glasses. Get all my lenses and more done here on Queens Blvd good service and knowledge

Receptionist Anna and the person who did our initial evaluation were very friendly and professional. The main attraction Ofcourse was Dr Bacotti who always provides very thorough and wonderful care each time. It’s always such a pleasure to see him .

Epic Optical has the best variety of eyeglass frames in Chattanooga. I’ve been purchasing my glasses there for nearly 20 years and have never had a problem with my eyewear. Excellent service!

I like this place so far. Employees are very friendly and service moves at a good pace. I can’t complain about anything. The doctor is wonderful and very thorough about what’s going on with my eyes. I’ve been coming her for the last 2 years to get my glasses and contacts and will continue to do so.
