It all started with a routine eye exam by Dr. Lee, followed by what I thought would be the happy selection of a new pair of glasses. Two weeks later, those glasses gave me double vision and felt like bricks on my face. A kind rep suggested a redo of the exam. I thought, "Okay, things happen," but the wait for round two was another two weeks.
When I finally got in, a trainee did the exam this time and got different results. Another two-week wait, another pair of glasses, and the same old problem. I was seeing double and getting nowhere.
My insurance nudged me to get a second opinion. That's when things got even more tangled. The doctor asked me to forward an email chain with my insurance, which didn't make sense to me. But the real kicker came when I showed up for my appointment after hardly being able to get a leave from work, only to be told by the doctor that she had reimbursed my benefits and I should look for another eye care provider – no exam, no explanation, and frankly, a bit rudely.
I'm not one to complain, but this has been a loop of hope and disappointment. I just wanted to see clearly, and now I'm left with more questions than answers.

The doctors and the nurse staff have been very kind and helpful. I hate giving a two star but the front desk ladies are horrible. They're sarcastic, immature and rude. I've never experienced such unprofessional front desk people anywhere!!

Bill was so nice! He adjusted and cleaned my glasses very well, and he said, "That $5 is forever!" So if I ever need them adjusted again, I know where to come! Great service.

Worst glasses i ever had; fake replacement policy, overpriced and does not stand behind their product. They added $25.00 for a replacement plan that does not exist. You have to buy your replacement pair of glasses. They are gougers…cheap glasses with a phony replacement plan. Go to lens crafters inside of Macy’s for a better pair of glasses at a better price. Go anywhere but to this rip off store. N

Within a few minute's was the the office at Aspire Vision, just had enough time to make a coffee (BTW the coffee is free). Very friendly office staff made feel right at home. Their equipment is up to date and very clean, felt very comfortable.
You can also order and see their assortment of glasses, and if you want other frames they can also order them.
I highly recommend Aspire Vision Care.

Office is outdated, not well-kept and messy. Bathroom was filthy. Frame selection is great if you’re over the age of 55. The doctor was nice. Office staff is not professional; one of the members was socializing with a friend and her … More

Dr. Justin is the absolute worst. I went there for a regular eye exam and it felt so rushed like they were in the biggest hurry to get me in and out. He never even looked at my old glasses and I was a first time patient. He gave me my prescription and when I looked at my old one I realize he WROTE DOWN THE PRESCRIPTION BACKWARDS. EXTREMELY unprofessional and now I have to go above and beyond just to fix HIS mistake for a new pair of glasses.
