the worst I have ever experienced. Month-long waiting time, unprofessional staff, gaslighting that "oh but everyone wears/sees that", even when I said I see bad several times. They messed up EVERYTHING. So sorry for trusting them. Now spending x2 in another optics because this is impossible to wear their glasses sliding from me and having lower power lenses. NEVER AGAIN. Go to Syracuse Eye center instead, you will save your time and money. So gaslighting and rude. Good luck to them

I know not much can be done with the eyes but this visit nothing was done. I waited about 30min to go back and when I did go back I was sat in the exam chair for maybe 4min. Overall I did not feel like the they were really looking to help. The people who helped me find my glasses were amazing and really took great care.

Both Dr. Jang and Christine are very knowledgeable and super nice. They have very good taste in eyeglasses. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Dr. Vu. Office is very warm and inviting. She was great with my son for his first time dealing with contacts. I've experiences the doctor at the Loveland location and so happy to make the drive to see Dr. Vu.

First, he tried to get me to wear dailies when I told him I wanted to stick with my monthlies I was very happy with. Now when I try and get a prescription filled from Costco they reject me because he specified a brand on my written prescription that I don’t want to use and told him I didn’t want. Second, when I got home and put my lenses back into my eyes (I took the lenses out for the exam) they burned like hell because there was clearly something polluted with the lens case he gave me or the solution he had. It made my eyes sting for several hours. Nightmare. Go to a real doctor not in a Costco — which pains me to say because I love Costco.
