Dr Fung is a great doctor and very personable. He is always very through and takes the time needed to explain everything step by step in what he is doing. I have every confidence in Dr Fung!

I am a new patient with Dr. Shiau but it felt like I have been going to her for years. Her demeanor was very welcoming. She conducted a very thorough examination. She actually listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions i definitely recommend going to Dr. Shiau for all of your optometry needs. I would like to add that the receptionist was super friendly and provided a welcoming attitude as well. I am happy thatI was able to find a caring and professional optometrist!!

The short eye exam was charged to my insurance as "comprehensive" eye exam. All that was done is measure my current glasses subscription and adjust it a bit. For a comprehensive exam I'd expect checking my retina with a light and eye pressure as the minimum. Frames are pricey here. They kept trying to upsell me. Go get a pair at Warby Parker or better yet Costco. You will save a lot of money.

I have been going to Dr. Loveland for years. She does a very thorough exam and never makes me feel rushed. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all my questions. She is more thorough than the ophthalmologist I used to go to. I'm so glad I found her.

So far my eyesight has been good, with no need for prescription and/or procedure. I expect to see Dr. Choryan in the future and I expect that he will be as personable as he has been, and that as my needs change, he will be my doctor of choice.

I do not recommend this office for anyone needing any kind of medical advice. The staff is rude, incompetent and lazy. We had an appointment scheduled at 1:00PM and were not called back until 5:15PM. The wait is absolutely ridiculous and would maybe be worth it if we had gotten any sort of answers or assurance from the provider. She was in the room with us for a total of five minutes; acted as if us asking questions was an inconvenience to her, and left us feeling confused/scared. She was very obviously in a rush to get out of the room as she beat us to the parking lot on our way out which truthfully was the nail in the coffin. I strongly encourage future patients to receive their medical advice elsewhere, as they are not interested in patient care whatsoever. The only thing this office seems to be interested in is their money making scheme.

I came here for an exam and new pair of glasses. They are very thorough with their testing here, and Dr. Hom was super patient and took the time to walk me through all my images from the testing section before my exam with him. The techs were super friendly and helped me to feel comfortable, and also helped me pick out a pair of glasses that best suited my face! Would definitely recommend

Such a great experience! It was my first time going to Visionworks and definitely would come back! The staff went above and beyond especially Lisa! She truly cares about what you need and making sure you are happy with your frames. Very professional and genuinely wants to help!

Excellent team to work with. All of the Doctors and team treated me with respect. They explained what my options were and what to expect on my cataract surgery. I am so glad my Optometrist recommended them.

Doctor is very dismissive. I went in for vision issues and the doctor acknowledged I needed glasses, but recommended regular OTC eyedrops. She made an appointment to see me back in 6 weeks, which is a long time to suffer without glasses. This was an obvious money grab.
