I lost a nose pad to my glasses while on vacation and they fixed them for free. The receptionist and the eye doctor were both very nice people. If I lived in this area, George Optical would definitely be my eye doctor.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Le. I was in Wichita for business, and had a problem with my eye. It was very painful, red, and watery. I did a quick Google search to locate an eye doctor near my hotel and found Dr. Le. I am so glad I did! Even though he was completely booked, he was willing to see me at the very end of the day when he should have been closing. I ended up having a corneal abrasion and he prescribed me an antibiotic eye drop. He then took the time to look up how much the prescription would cost me and found and printed off a coupon for me to use since I had high deductible insurance. I only paid $13 for the drops when they would have normally cost me over $60! The next day, he called me to follow up and see how I was doing. I have never had a doctor go above and beyond like that, especially for a patient from out of the area that they have never even seen before. I really wish he wasnt over 2 hours away from where I live! If you are anywhere near Wichita, I would highly recommend Dr. Le! :)

I have been going to Dr.Lassa almost 10 years. I have never had an issue with him or his staff. Yes, he can be very to the point but it has never bothered me. His exams are quick but thorough. When I have ordered my contacts through his office, they have always given me the option to pay half to order and half when picking up which helps my wallet out. There can be some visits were I'm not able to get in as quickly but I enjoy Dr.Lassa so it's fine.

Such a poorly run doctors office. I called during business hours to have my prescription transferred, and it took 3 hours of trying to call them before someone picked up the phone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mahmood El-Gasim for 12 years and I always have a great experience every year. Highly recommend this doctor.

The doctor was very unprofessional, condescending and shows a lack of care or respect for his patience. I even had another patients daughter follow me out of the office to insure I was ok as she overheard how the the doctor had spoke to me and was concerned for my well-being and her mothers. After the appointment I received a survey and completed it and got a response back that someone would be reaching out. No surprise they never reached out. I wish I could leave zero stars for this review

The staff here are the nicest people I’ve ever met. I’ve since moved from Lakewood but I continue to keep Lakewood optical as my eye care provider simply because they are so helpful and always offer me back up contact lenses when I’m close to running out. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

He is a good doctor, but one staff member is just awful. If you want to roll the dice and be treated badly by front office staff, this is your place.
