My mom actually sees the Dr. and she likes her a lot but her billing manager needs some training on how to take care of their patients. My mom is having a lot of eyesight problems it is serious she went to appointment and didn’t see dr because they said she owed 2,000. From two years ago. She tried to explain she never got the bill nobody called her. So she wasn’t seen. The manager said she didn’t work there two years ago so she wasn’t willing to work with my mom, she’s 81 years old on a budget taking care of two disabled children what has happened to working with people. I’m very disappointed

Dr. Potter was EXCELLENT! Right away he was warm and extremely patient with my daughter. She can be a bit shy at first but she felt very comfortable with him. He explained everything as he evaluated my daughter. Not only that he spoke directly to her which I found to be extremely helpful. He made her feel apart of the process. Having a healthcare background myself. I was very impressed with Dr. Potter.

Hour plus long waits in lobby to spend 3 minutes talking to a distracted doctor who clearly doesn’t remember who you are. Every appointment was starting from scratch.

Dr. Carissa Guler was great! Very thorough and extremely personable. Both myself and my husband had an excellent experience there. We were long time patients of Dr. Connelly there. Juliet is always so kind and we love visiting with her also. Welcoming atmosphere.

You will always receive excellent service at Optical World. One of the Doctors is Dr Loren; he is thorough and compassionate!! The staff is polite,, knowledgeable and efficient. Great customer service as well. You will not be disappointed. 👍🏽👍🏽 …

I was seen in a timely manner by skilled staff who treated me with care. I had a thourough exam and enjoyed a clear explanation of my eye health by my doctor. I highly recommend Coastal Vision Center and Dr. Heron.

Love the huge selection of frames. Service is professional, courteous and the staff is patient while trying on every frame in the shop!!!!! I love being able to support a local business that offers so much variety in a professional and friendly atmosphere.

Really quick service, set up an Appt and got it done the same day and got my eye exam and glasses picked. Very friendly workers who gave me time to make the best decision. The virtual optometrist was very professional and the whole exam process was great. Thanks for making it so easy!

Dr Herrington was great. Very knowledgeable and talked to me like he truly cared. The front office was very friendly and assisted me with every need and questions.

Dr. Amelia Sheh has been taking care of my Glaucoma and Cataract for the past 7 years.
