Dr. David is lovely and took the time to do all the exams and explain to me in depth what I needed to do. Everyone was kind and professional.

I just love the crew in the vision center. Today was my first appointment with them to receive my eye exam with Dr. Susan E. Darius. Dr. Susan is excellent she told me things my own doctor did not tell me especially dealing with diabetes. They even have great prices for glasses. Keep up the great work guys.

Doctor was extremely friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He was communicative and his wife was very kind. Professional amd sterile environment and everything Is done on site and not shipped off to labs, ao turnaround time is faster. Highly recommend.

I was sent to OSM directly from the eye doctor's since there could have been a possible issue with my right eye. They called OSM from the office and had me go right over. I had no pain or issues with that eye but Dr. Khalaf was being cautious which is always a good thing. When I got there I filled out just 2 papers and they took me right back. I went from one room to the other with the assistants putting drops in my eyes and doing whatever else they had to do. It was fast and professional with barely no waiting! I was so appreciative of no long waits like most of the time I have to do in most doctor offices. Turns out Dr. Ellenberg found it was just something I had to keep an eye on (no pun intended) and return in 3 months to check again. Also said if I had certain symptoms to call ASAP. My husband was with me and we both appreciated how efficient the office was run. I have an appointment in January for a re-check so I'm hoping we have the same experience!

Good work at a fair price. Good friendly knowledgeable staff that goes above and beyond to satisfy customers. I will continue to have work done there when needed and highly recommend to others.

Dr Franklin was awesome. He connected with my 4 year old and kept her at ease. The first “doctor” I met was awful though. Fernando? Ricardo? Not sure of his name but my daughter is TERRIFIED of returning to eye doctor now, let alone using her prescription drops. Terrible bedside manner and should NOT work with children. Will be finding more child-appropriate eye doctor next time. Not returning to UK Eye

A terrific doctor and a very well run office.

If you can, go to a different Doctor. This office is understaffed and the reception desk can be rude. They repeatedly overbook appointments every single day. They hassle you about being on time, they'll threaten not to see you if your 10 mins late, but they'll have you sitting in the office waiting for over an hour even if you get there early or on time. Makes no sense. The office is just ran very poorly. The general care is okay, but the overall experience really sucks. I would not recommend this office unless there is no other option. That's for the orange city location too, you'll get the same treatment.
