Super friendly staff, helped us a lot!

I love this place.Their hours of operation is not a regular Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. which is make them the best clinic. I love their hours, it a variety of opening to meet my schedule. Also, their customer service is excellent their staff are always welcoming. Strongly recommend this clinic to all family.

The eye Doctor and staffs are very nice and caring the appointment went by very fast I received my glasses within 3 days will be returning

Dr. Tonge is the coolest, sweetest, and most caring doctor I’ve come across. You won’t regret coming to his office. I can tell that this is one of those places people love coming back too because the environment is so loving. Also, my eyes are very well taken care of by myself and the doctor.

I have been a customer at Edward Beiner at Aventura Mall for over 2 years and I must say the level of customer service is one of the best I have experienced in any business. Jorge and his team is always ready to go the extra mile to help and educate their customers on eyewear. The selection is truly amazing and the staff is very knowledgeable about all products being offered. I would highly recommend taking the time to come to visit this location for all your eyewear needs.

New patient here! Very beautiful office. Kind and professional staff. Dr.Lang was great with helping me choose the right contacts and did an excellent job on my eye exam. She also answered any questions or concerns I had in a way that I would understand. And the selection of frames to choose from are beautiful!! Mr.Reggie was great with helping me choose the right frames for my face. I’ve never experienced that before and I’ve been wearing glasses for a long time. So having someone sit there with you and really look at you and tell you what would go with your face or what would be a better fit better is so helpful. So I really appreciated that. Overall, my visit to this office was a 10/10 and I definitely recommend!! :))

Took my young son there, All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The doctor was caring and compassionate and we did not have to wait in the lobby more then 10 mins.

I am new to this eye Doctor. He is friendly, experienced, and professional, but one person in this office has been in an impatient and cranky mood every time I've see her. During my last appointment, she lost her temper because I asked a valid question. It was very uncomfortable, and that is NOT how I want to feel when visiting any Doctor’s office. I am looking for a place where I feel welcomed and valued as a patient and customer. This is not the place for me, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My husband broke his glasses and needed new ones asap! The place he had used for years closed recently and he needed an exam to get a new prescription. Without an appointment he was able to get his eyes examined as a walk in. We highly recommend them and will use them again.
