I saw Dr. Marquez recently for an annual eye exam because I was noticing changes in my vision. She was super kind and very helpful! Her eye exams are very thorough and the information she provides is like no other. I would 100% recommend her as an optometrist. I will definitely be seeing her yearly from now on.

I was well taken care of by Alexa and Bart. Glasses are great and eye exam resulted in much improved vision!! I recommend SE EYE GROUP TO EVERYONE.

The doctor is great but one of the assistants, Pam has a terrible temper. When I was uncomfortable with some questions, she got furious. Stomped out, rude upon return. Even when I tried to apologize for irritating her, the rage came roaring back. Kind of scary.

What amazing and compassionate doctors ! Every time I go into the office I am greeted by the smiling faces of the professional staff at Retina Associates. The doctors care and take the time to explain the available treatments and their recommendations. I never feel like a number here, I always feel like the only patient and I receive personalized care. I have recommended all my friends and family to this group.

Dear Jansen Optical Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your store. On May 5, 2023, I brought in my eyeglasses that needed to be repaired. I was assisted by one of your associates who assured me that the glasses would be fixed within two business days. However, when I returned to pick up my glasses on May 8, I was told that they were not ready yet. I was very disappointed as I had made arrangements to use my glasses for an important work presentation on May 9. I was also surprised to hear that the associate who helped me previously had not properly documented my request, and that my glasses had not even been sent out for repair. I find this level of service unacceptable, especially since I had been a loyal customer for several years. I am disappointed that Jansen Optical would make false promises and fail to deliver on its commitments. I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues and improve your service quality. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with an update on my glasses and when I can expect them to be ready. I look forward to hearing from you soon and hope that you will take the necessary steps to improve your service.

I have had the pleasure of visiting Mithoff Vision Center for the past couple of years for my optometry appointments. From the start of my appointment to the end, I had an excellent experience. Each time I come I know I am in the greatest of hands. The staff at Mithoff Vision are very friendly and welcoming. Every time I come for my appointment I am greeted by warm smiles, making me feel comfortable and at home. The office itself is not only clean and organized but inviting. In addition, I did not have to wait long to be seen for my appointment. Dr. Susan Mithoff Quade, my optometrist, took her time to make me feel comfortable and you can tell how much she cares and all the compassion she has for each of her patients. She is highly knowledgeable in the field of optometry; answering any questions or concerns I may have had. Throughout the eye exam, the doctor’s expertise shined through. From her comprehensive exam, ensuring all of my questions are answered. I knew I was receiving top-tier eye care. Moving onto the eyewear, let’s just say it is fantastic! They have a range of brands, colors, and frames. With all the variety in eyewear, you can find the glasses that are just right for you! The staff are there to help guide you every step of the way and to assist you in finding the perfect frames for you. Overall, my experience here is nothing but amazing. Everything from the professional and friendly staff, the eyewear selection, the office itself, and the comfort present within the office makes this office standout within the world of optometry. I would recommend anyone to come visit Mithoff Vision! I will continue returning for my future eye care needs! I like going to SVS as they are a preferred provider under my VSP insurance, so my money goes a bit further. They also have a great staff that will take care of you. Do note, they are no longer next to the Mr. Hero; they are across the street next to the new Chipotle. The addresses are similar, so it's not super-duper obvious if you're not paying close attention (yeah, I totally noticed they were across the street...).

Dr Baht is amazing. Makes you feel super comfortable, is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend.

Dr. Makor was very thorough. She explained everything she was doing and showed me on her computer the back of eye and what was the same as last year and what has improved.She is also very very nice!!!..l highly recommend Dr. Makor..l will definitely see her for my next eye exam!!

Dr. Ng is very knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. I feel lucky to have found him. I highly recommend Dr. Ng.
