how is it that phoning and reaching the operator CONSISTENTLY gets u to voicemail? ..any call any dept, voicemail! my elderly mom was the LONE patient mid-morning, arrived 15 minutes early to wait 1 more hour. the medical assistant only came for her AFTER we inquired w the floor receptionist TWICE. Med Assistant didn't offer any apology but we were told staff were relegated to other tasks, not necessarily their prescribed jobs. on another visit, test was initiated and the medical assistant left the room, not monitoring the test that she then later said was invalid (bc of neglect) and proceeded to schedule us to come back for another re-test. no calls are returned, no follow up on results. they've done the tests, billed and collected for the services but patients remain clueless to their eye health status.

I went to purchase glasses for my daughter earlier in the year they were very pleasant and helpful but calling them months later for a new pair sharon has theee best customer service. She was very nice and explained their policy very well to me when other stores didn’t have the time to discuss with me Sharon you rock friend

If I could rate Eisenbrei Optical it would be more than 5 stars!! They are so kind and are so willing to help you, even in emergency situations. I now live an hour away and I'm still going to Eisenbrei Plaza Optical. The only place you get true customer service and an in house lab that is done by the owner himself!

I had my eyelid surgery 3 days before Christmas, and on the Christmas morning when I woke up, I realized that I had rubbed my eyes and it was bleeding. Being Christmas, I didn't think that I could get hold of the doctor, but when I called, he immediately responded and wanted to see me within 45 minutes, I got there and he re-stitched my eyelid again. He didn't even charge me, one of THE BEST doctors you have seen anywhere. Highly recommend him.

I have been coming here for years but I’m going to find a new place now. Every time I make an appointment I show up and have to wait over an hour. What’s the point of the appointment?? I’m not the only person spending that long in the waiting room either

I'm always happy with my experience at Southwest Eye Institute but today I was disappointed with the med assist that started the initial exam. She was so busy yawning that I had a hard time concentrating or understanding what she wanted me to do. She didn't seem interested in my comfort in the least. Never have I been treated like this at Southwest Eye Institute because they have an outstanding staff. Update from my previous review: Southwest Eye Institute reached out to me and resolved my issues so back to a 5 star experience. I knew it would be resolved and in a timely manner!!

Blessings, my experience was a delightful one. I was able to share my joy with everyone there, such a blessing. My eye's and family history was thoroughly addressed.The location is perfect to get in and out of. I am excitedly waiting for my new glasses, a bit pricey, but the perfect fit for my face shape. I recommend them for a thorough, complete and timely eye checkup.

This place is terrible! I have called multiple times and left voicemails and no one ever calls back. When I finally spoke to them they informed me most of the time no one is here and they dont have anyone at the front desk. Seemed sketchy and cancelled my appointment.
