Outstanding! John is the absolute best. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Top-notch customer service and always so cheerful and welcoming. My daughters, sister and I are all happy customers and I will continue referring more family and friends to The Eye Store.

The customer service at this location was super awesome. Very very pleasant. I love the atmosphere, and there is a young lady. I can’t remember her name but she was dark skin that she had on black glasses with shoulder length hair. She was very sweet she help me pick out my glasses and she got me a great deal. I just wanna give you a shout out. Thank you so much and I can’t wait to see my glasses on November 20.

New vision was the best eye doctor I’ve been to in years. Dr. Lazerow was very professional and has a great sense of humor. The place was clean and very fast. I received my eye exam and my glasses on the same day. I didn’t have to wait to get my exam & only waited about 20 min for my glasses. They have great options to choose from. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for a D.C location. Very kind and professional & did I mention fast.

It was a good time for my visit, There was no one else there at the time. I was able to find two pairs of frames rather quickly with some assistance, so that they would be ready for me when I got my prescription filled. You save me time and that is important to me. Thank you!
